Beach Quarters is located on the south end of the 3 mile beachfront boardwalk near some very nice restaurant and dining options. There is an oceanfront rooftop swimming pool and bar on the 7th floor. Guests can also access an indoor pool, well equipped fitness center, parking garage and a tennis court.
Another nice bonus is that the guests at Beach Quarters can also use the outstanding outdoor pools and facilities at Turtle Cay Resort directly across the street. Beach Quarters and Turtle Cay are "sister" properties that share pools and amenities for guests staying at either resort.
Separate bedroom with 2 Double Beds, Kitchen area with stove top cooking, microwave, dishwasher, plates and full size Refrigerator, Living Room w/Queen Sleeper Sofa, and large oceanfront balcony.

As soon as I looked out to see the beautiful view I had to buy windex and clean the windows. I wiped down the kitchen, there were crumbs under the toaster and fingerprints on cabinets. Bathroom and bedroom were fine, but I know the floors had not been mopped because our white socks were black. Besides those things I loved the location, pool, and I never did say anything to staff because we didn’t want anyone in our condo with our belongings.
