House of 450 m2, divided into two independent apartments with garden and terrace of 150 m2, located 15 minutes walk from Saly Bambara beach, limit Saly Niakh Niakhal.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom (shower) and toilet plus a bathroom (shower) and a shared toilet, and an equipped factory (fridge, oven, hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bathroom (shower) and a third bedroom. A shared bathroom plus an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob).
All rooms have air conditioning.
The rental includes the passage once a week of a cleaning lady and once after the departure.
