1st floor: living room-kitchen-living room, Wifi connection, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm with shower room / 2 beds 1 person twin 90 x 200), bathroom, toilet and laundry. Balcony-terrace of 10m ².
2nd floor: lounge-mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 2 persons 160x200cm with bathroom and dressing room / 2 bunk beds 80 x 200cm), wc.
Sheets included + beds made + linens and kitchen linen included.

Many hikes nearby including some from the cottage.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel : tout est conçu pour passer un merveilleux séjour, du poêle avec le feu, aux jeux de société; la cuisine super équipée, les nombreux jeux pour enfants, la table de ping-pong, les luges et une vue magnifique ! De nombreuses jolies balades dans les alentours. Nos enfants ont adoré et nous aussi !

Un chalet magnifique dans un environnement exceptionnel

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce très joli chalet. La propreté et la qualité du chalet sont irréprochables.De plus, notre hôte s’est systématiquement montrée disponible et s’est même proposée de sortir notre petit chien. Nous recommandons vivement le chalet pour une semaine ou un week-end prolongé en montagne.

Un magnifique séjour avec hôtes charmants

Tout était parfait : de l’accueil, aux prestations en passant par les recommandations des hôtes. Le chalet est très agréable, de belles prestations, des chambres agréable et une pièce à vivre magnifique. Le calme des alentours, la beauté des paysages et la proximité avec le lac d’Annecy en font un lieu propice au dépaysement!

Magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines à la grande Astrance. Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé, magnifiquement décoré et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous étions 10 et tout était prévu pour ce nombre. L'accueil est chaleureux, et en cas de problème, la communication avec les propriétaires est facile. Enfin, le massif des Bauges nous a offert des randonnées et des paysages superbes, sans oublier la baignade. Le gîte est très bien placé.

Ou comment bien commencer l année 2020

Nos amis et nous avons passé une belle semaine à la Grande Astrance. Le gîte est magnifiquement décoré et parfaitement équipé. Il est grand confort. Enfants et adultes y ont trouvé leur compte, dans un espace permettant à tous de se retrouver seul ou à plusieurs. Le décor des Bauges et le soleil ont fait le reste. De nombreuses balades sont possibles au départ du gîte. Enfin, merci à Carole et Guy pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité, ce fut une belle rencontre.
