Bonne location, bon emplacement

Appartement pratique et bien situé dans résidence calme avec un parking appréciable. Un peu de passage dans la rue même la nuit. Cave avec LL et SL mais partagée à 3 appartement, pas dit dans l'annonce. Propreté générale bonne mais dépend surtout du loueur précédent, donc ne pas regarder de près dans les coins et le dessus du frigo ;-)

Appartement très agréable, juste une toute petite critique il n'y a pas assez de placards pour ranger les affaires !!! Sinon appartement au top !!

A savoir également qu'avec un enfant en bas âge (<2/3 ans) l'appartement n'est pas forcément approprié : pas de petit lit, pas de baignoire et les fenêtres sont basses sans barreaux de protection (donc dangereux lorsqu'elles sont ouvertes).

Situé tout près du centre ville avec une place de stationnement incluse. Parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants.
