Agréable séjour
L'appartement est agréable, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et des nombreux commerces. Aucun problème de stationnement dans le parking de la résidence. L'immeuble est bien entretenu et le voisinage fort sympathique.
Une petite remarque cependant: les volets roulants et l'auvent méritent d'être entretenus.

Tolle Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Schlafzimmer hat leider nur eine Tür zu einem weiteren Raum über den gelüftet werden kann. Die Terrasse ist sehr gut nutzbar.
Die Lage ist super durch die Nähe zum Strand (4-5 Minuten zu Fuß). Zudem kann man Abends entspannt an die Uferpromenade laufen und die gastronomischen Angebote nutzen.
Was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir um andere Orte zu besichtigen, relativ lange brauchten, um aus la Seyne-sur-Mer herauszukommen (ca. 20 Minuten).
Wer die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringen möchte, für den ist die Lage perfekt.

Fast perfekte Ferienwohnung für den Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Markise und Grünstreifen sorgen für Sonnenschutz und Privatsphäre. Offenbar wurden in jüngerer Zeit einige Renovierungen vorgenommen, so dass die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand ist. Das Beste ist der kurze Weg zum wirklich schönen Strand! Alle Zimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Mit Klimaanlage wäre die Wohnung perfekt.
