The ocean/bohemian decorated interior is one large L-shaped 800 sq ft studio featuring a California King bed at one end, a Queen bed on the other end, a pullout sofa bed and chair seating area in the middle. There is one bathroom with a handheld shower and full bathtub that you can enjoy by candlelight.

For your daily snacks and meals there is a petite kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, tea kettle, coffee press and small pot and pan as well as natural gas BBQ outdoor kitchen including BBQ utensils, knives, baking pans, cutting board and sink. Gather for alfresco dining at the 8 person teak dining table that also provides striking city and ocean views.

When you are lounging inside you can enjoy the HD TV with Cable and Apple TV with your choice of streaming services or sit at the bistro table and play a game of cards. Traveling professionals can also utilize the desk and indoor and outdoor Wifi.

You are more than welcome to use all of our outdoor amenities including swimming in the large solar heated pool with waterfalls and swim up bar and relaxing in the hot tub with spectacular vistas of all of San Diego, including fireworks over the bay every night during the Summer. Laze poolside in one of the 5 cushioned lounge chairs or catch some afternoon slumber in the welcoming Tibetan day bed. Right outside of your villa you can also enjoy some quiet time in the serene courtyard seating area. Head up to see the breathtaking sunsets and 360 degree panoramic view on the roof deck with another large hot tub that is always hot. Lounge in the cozy couch seating area or sip a drink at the glass cocktail table overlooking the gorgeous view.

When you are ready to explore outside of your lux villa with a view, you are only 1 mile to some of the best beaches in San Diego. Whether you are chilling on the beach, swimming in the ocean or decide to rent bikes or walk the 6 mile ocean boardwalk, Pacific Beach and La Jolla have so much to offer!
