CARNON BEACH VILLA T4 with GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL 60m from the BEACH
Carnon, a small seaside resort between Palavas and La Grande Motte. ideally located 10 minutes from the motorway & airport, 15 minutes from Montpellier (rich in heritage with its historic center and culture) with easy access by tram 1km from the house, and the doors of our beautiful little camargue. Nearby all amenities: shops, doctors, banks, markets, post office etc .. and especially the BEACH!
The house of 110m2 with modern design completely renovated, enjoys a large living room-kitchen opening onto the intimate garden. Clim reversible in all rooms, kitchen, the villa is clean and bright. On the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms share a common bathroom with large bath and a vanity 1 sink. on the floor a parental suite with its big cupboard, its bed in 160 with memory of form, its bathroom to share with a large shower on the soil and a piece of furniture doubles basin. 1 separate toilet on each floor. Each room has its own closet.
You can choose between lounging in the garden with the pool (alarm), the BBq, the terrace and the shady lawn or go to the beach within 1 minute walk.
Athletes will find a multitude of activities in the area: tennis, kite surfing, paddle, jet ski, boats etc.
In the evenings, the port offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

Located in a quiet dead end, the house has its private parking space
In case of concern or for any information, someone will always be available very quickly.
