Come stay in a beautiful 47 m2 apartment, ideally located 5 minutes from the city center by tram and 15 minutes on foot.
Modern and very comfortable, the accommodation has been entirely designed for the satisfaction of our travelers.

You will find :

* A living room with a large sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (bed linen provided). A flat screen TV, WIFI, a dining table for 4 people.

* A fully equipped kitchen: combined oven / microwave, hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, glasses .....

We provide you with: coffee, assorted herbal teas, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a bottle of water upon arrival.

* A bathroom with bathtub and WC. Bath towels are provided / dispenser of shower gel and shampoo at your disposal.

Well situated appartment

It was all fine, the location is perfect for visiting Straßburg by tram. The access to the appartment from the front door until you arrive at the appartments door is a challenge. Despite a good description with 14 pictures you need to download.

Pro: fast zentral und super ruhig gelegen. Trambahn quasi vor der Tür, von da aus in drei Stationen 10 Minuten im Herzen der Altstadt. Gut ausgestattetes, helles und nett gestaltetes Apartment. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Matratze top.Contra: Die Böden waren nicht richtig sauber, das Sofa ebenfalls etwas fleckig. Der Kühlschrank war tot, sollte dringend repariert oder getauscht werden. Wichtig für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen: es gibt KEINEN dazugehörigen Parkplatz, auch wenn das im Text so angegeben ist. Wir hatten einen Strassenparkplatz vor der Tür erwischt und mussten von Samstag 14:00 bis Montag 9:00 ca 20 an Parkgebühren zahlen. Das ist für ne Stadt ok, muss aber on Top mitgedacht werden. Sonntags ist Parken kostenlos. (Stand November 2025).

Appartement sympa, calme et bien situé en ville, tout proche d'une station de tram. Stationnement gratuit possible a proximité mais qui devrait être explicité dans la notice d'arrivée.Petit détail facile a corriger : manque un saladier et les couverts a salade dans la vaisselle et un mode d'emploi du micro-onde ne serait pas inutile... Autrement très bien quand même...

Departamento cómodo, no tan céntrico

Nos alojamos 4 personas en febrero del 2025 por 2 noches. El ingreso es sencillo siguiendo las indicaciones, hay que pasar varias puertas para llegar, pero el departamento es muy luminoso, cómodo, buena calefacción y tranquilo. Resultó muy complicado el parking, ya que es muy costoso en esa zona, y tuvimos que dejar el auto a 20 minutos del departamento. A pesar de estar a 30 minutos caminando del centro, tiene muy buena conexión con tranvías que paran muy cerca. La comunicación era buena para temas menores, cuando surgían problemas no contestaba, estuvimos una noche sin ducharnos por falta de agua caliente, la limpieza en los elementos de cocina no era adecuada y la vajilla incompleta.

Gut für einen Kurztrip, aber kein Parkplatz vorhanden

Lage der Wohnung war gut, Tram 2min entfernt, sodass man gut und schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Was mir allerdings nicht gefiel war, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, obwohl dieser angegeben ist - war für uns Hauptgrund, dass wir diese Unterkunft überhaupt gebucht haben. Der nächste kostenlose Parkplatz ist 15-20mun entfernt.

Sehr praktische und ruhige Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und sind mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden. Supermarkt Carrefour City und Bäckerei 100 Meter entfernt. Straßburger Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar oder Straßenbahn in 3 Stationen. Die Umgebung der Wohnung war sehr ruhig und wir konnten im August ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Sehr gut für einen kurzen touristischen Aufenthalt in Straßburg.

Zentrale Lage, Top

Wohnung ist prima für ein Städtetripp. Wir haben alles mit der Tram erreichen können. Das einzige, der Tiefgarageplatz, etwas abenteuerlich, da der Funkschlüssel teilweise nicht funktionierte, aber das Problem wurde mit dem Gastgeber telefonisch gelöst.

Super für einen Kurztrip

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu viert für 4 Nächte in dem Apartment. Das Bett ist etwas durchgelegen aber das Schlafsofa war super. Die Lage ist perfekt. In 15 - 20 min zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt. Dem Sofa würde eine Reinigung nicht schaden und den Duschvorgang dürfte man auch austauschen. Aber sonst alles super. Die Gastgeber waren auch immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Alles sehr gut bis auf die sehr sehr unbequeme Matratze

Es war alles in Ordnung bis auf die sehr sehr weiche Matratze auf der wir nur eine Nacht schliefen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist ein kleines bisschen besser zum schlafen. Lage ist super, Zentrum zu Fuß in 20min und erreichbar, vor Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt vor der Haustür. Der Duschvorhang im Bad sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Fazit: Matratze und Duschvorhang austauschen dann wären 5 Sterne drin! Parkplatz in der TG: wir hatten Glück da hinter uns kein Wagen stand, ansonsten stelle ich es mir durch sie Schräge im Boden sehr schwer vor da raus zu kommen ohne das bei der Frontschürze / Stoßstange was beschädigt wird.

Die Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit hat allerdings an so manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Der Gebäudekomplex ist alt und vielleicht auch renovierungsbedürftig. Im Treppenhaus stank es durchgehend fürchterlich nach Rauch. Die Tiefgarage ist dunkel, alt und der Stellplatz ist sehr eng. Die Lage in Straßburg ist gut. Man konnte wirklich in 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen. Alles in allem würde ich aber diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen vor allem wegen der Sauberkeit.

Ruhig und praktisch

Escapade en jaune et gris: l'élegance

Un joli petit nid,bien conçu, très bien aménagé et situé à proximité de la cathédrale. La proximité et l'utilisation du tramway sont très appréciables.Les consignes et informations mises à dispo sont très claires également. Très bonne communication avec les annonceurs.
