It includes: On the ground floor: a living room with table and chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table, bay window opening onto the covered terrace with garden furniture, kitchenette with microwave, electric oven, induction hob, pantry with washing machine and refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed. Upstairs: mezzanine with sitting area (sofa and TV), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Garden closed and raised. Large garage ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards... Capacity: 6 people
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€).
