Small duplex house with living room, bathroom and dining area and kitchenette. Micro house in a cozy little nest spirit.
Charming duplex studio in a small house, on my land in the center of a village, very lively. Located 20-25 km from Evreux, Dreux, Mantes and Houdan. Shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy) and sports activities (judo, martial arts, gym, tennis) are within walking distance. On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (hob, microwave, grill, fridge), bathroom with toilet and storage. Upstairs: small living-room nest with television.
Internet by WiFi. The house is in the center of a plot of 1300 m², therefore a beautiful garden with lounge. No problem to park a car (electric gate at the entrance of the land).

Petite location au centre du village et près de son musée
Location au centre du village, petite mais très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, à deux pas de l'intéressant musée des instruments de musique et du chàteau d'Anet.
