Authentic 18th century Auvergne farmhouse, renovated and converted into a gite, in a very quiet mountain hamlet in the heart of the Sancy Massif and Auvergne volcanoes

Haven of peace and tranquility, southern exposure and dominant position with, from the garden, a beautiful view of the Sancy, the Chaudefour valley, Lake Chambon and Castle Murol

100 m² on 3 levels, accommodating up to 8 people and 2 babies
Ground floor: living room TV dining room with wood stove, vaulted kitchen
On the 1st floor: large bedroom with 2 single beds (90) and 2 bunk beds (90), a cot, bathroom with bath, WC-independent dressing
On the 2nd floor: large mezzanine with reading relaxation area and sofa bed for one or two people (2 sleeping 80 or 1 sleeping 160) and small room alcove with bunk beds 90

The rooms are open and furnished in a spirit of mountain refuge, friendly, all wood and fabrics

Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle ...

Complete baby equipment available (wooden bed + cot, high chair, bath, changing table, stroller, step foot, toilet reducer, pot, games, ...)

Garden terrace of 300m2 in front of the house, facing south, with garden table, barbecue and relax chairs for the summer

The hamlet is 2 km from the Chaudefour nature reserve very beautiful well preserved glacier valley, 5 km from Chambon lake and the col de la croix saint robert, 10 km from Mont-dore / Puy de Sancy / la Bourboule, 15 km from Besse and saint nectaire, 25 km from the chain of puys classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, 40 km from the Puy de Dome and Vulcania

Ein stattliches, altes Haus mit viel Platz, sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter zurückzuziehen. Perfekt ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, großem Bad, Spielen, Prospekten. Der Freisitz im Garten bietet eine phantastische Aussicht, auch Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Wir (2 Personen,) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Lage ub

Zu Zweit haben wir als Senioren wunderbare 10 Tage in dem alten Bauernhaus mit Charme verbracht. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt.Für gehbehinderte Menschen erscheint uns das Haus schwierig.Auch das Schlafen ohne Türen ist bei mehreren Personen vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Die Lage und Aussicht sind exzellent und attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 60 Minuten wunderbar zu erreichen . Wandern in einer sehr vielfältigen Flora ist vom Haus aus direkt möglich. Fußläufig ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Individualisten, die die Auvergne erkunden wollen .

Wunderschöner Ort

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Morgens genossen wir den Blick in die Berge vom Garten aus begleitet von den Glocken der Kühe. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele schöne Wanderungen unternommen. Die Kommunikation mit Celine war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank fur die schönecZeit

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, malgré une météo capricieuse. Gite tres bien situé pour de nombreuses visites et randonnées . Beaucoup de bons conseils dans le classeur du gite pour restauration, fermes, visites et randonnées. Gite tres agréable, au calme, bien équipé, vue splendide du jardin sur les monts. Un vrai bonheur.
