Furnished tourism 5 stars. In Gerstheim just 18km from Europa Park RUST, ideally located in the Grand Ried between Strasbourg and Colmar and the Alsace Wine Route. BANCALIS manor house in PRUYNE was restored in November 2011 a cottage was built in 2016 on 2 th floor on 120 m2 for 4 people plus possibly an extra bed (15 € day) the interior of a contemporary style will seduce you with its brightness and its very complete layout.
An entrance hall overlooking the living room dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a nespresso etc). A large living room equipped with a tv 140 cm and DVD player.On the upper level (3 steps) the night part 2 parental suites (2 x 2 beds of 90 x200) with two shower room and two toilets an extra bed can be provided 15 € day. Laundry area washing machine and dryer. Parking space in the enclosed courtyard.
In the garden at your disposal Spa heated (from April to October), swing for the youngest and private terrace with (table barbecue lounge chair) all in a park of 7000m2 and fenced on the edge of the WEILL.
The cottage is available on request for short stays.

Wonderful residence in a cozy village

This is a really cozy apartment in a castle-like house. Really friendly and service minded host. The apartment had everything needed for a stay. Fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom, with access to a jacuzzi in a beautiful garden.

La location si trova in un paesino meraviglioso a metà strada tra Strasburgo e Colmar quindi perfetto per la nostra vacanza all'insegna dei Mercatini di Natale. La villa è strepitosa, e l'appartamento veramente bello, pulito, ampio e funzionale. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza della proprietaria. Grande surface, le jacuzzi était super, cependant veillez à être très intime avec votre partenaire de chambre car les douches sont entièrement ouvertes. Autrement, c'était super.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Nur muss man wissen das sich auf dem Grundstück 3 Mietwohnungen befinden und der Vermieter mit im Haus wohnt. Den Whirlpool müssen sich alle Mieter teilen.

Détente et calme

Nous étions un groupe de 4 personnes. Notre but étant de profiter de la région en moto. Nous avons passé deux nuits excellentes, literie impeccable et propreté sans faille du gîte. Cerise sur le gâteau, un immense jardin formidablement entretenu. Nos moments transat/tisane du soir nous ont laissé un très agréable souvenir.

très joli gîte pour un séjour très confortable pour quatre personnes.
