Ideal for 2 families: 3 rooms including 2 for adults (beds of 140) and 1ch children (2 bunk beds and 2 beds BZ of 90) (sheets and linen of not provided house) in 300 m of the port and any trade whose market (s) around Les Halles 3 times a week in high season. 2 shower rooms. Access beaches by free bus lines. The bike is also preferred in high season.

Maison au calme proche du centre

La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce 3 chambres 2 salle d’eau et 2 wc Cuisine parfaitement équipée Jardin avec vue sur un superbe potager/verger Le tout dans une rue très calme et très proche du centre ville Il ne manque rien sauf peut-être une proposition ( avec frais supplémentaires évidemment) d’avoir du linge de maison et le ménage en fin de séjour

Maison tout confort

Je recommande cette location, idéale pour une famille avec enfants ou bébés. Le jardin est bien agréable, proche des commodités et du port, dans une ruelle calme. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. La décoration est typique de Noirmoutier.

Maison bien conçue, assez agréable mais de mauvaises surprises : Propreté douteuse, il faut absolument faire passer quelqu'un (four, lave-vaisselle, cocottes, sol ...). Baie vitrée de la buanderie ne ferme pas! Obligé de mettre une planche pour éviter les intrusions. Invasion de fourmis Un seul jeu de clés . Donc gestion de la maison très décevante, à améliorer d'urgence !

Un tres bon séjour dans une maison idéalement située

Une jolie maison parfaitement équipée et idéalement située avec un jardin clos parfait pour des enfants en bas âge. Cependant, le ménage n'était pas suffisamment fait à notre arrivée, une commode cassée dans une des chambres, le petit électroménager mériterait d'être changé (notamment le grille-pain) et les étagères de l arrière cuisine d'être libérées. Ce sont de petites choses que ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un excellent sejour en famille! Merci à vous
