During your holidays, come and rest in this charming new house and rediscover the comfort of a very trendy interior: a neat, warm and bright layout.

Classified 3 stars in St Pol de Léon on 04/15/2018 in TOURIST FURNITURE, a town with beautiful residences dating from the Renaissance, near Roscoff and its charming seaside resorts, as well as Carantec, Cléder and the bay of Morlaix. There is no shortage of leisure activities: shore fishing, sailing, spa, casino, the Roscoff marina and fishing port, the pedestrian market at St Pol de Léon, the Carantec golf course, Océanopolis in Brest, etc. The islands to see: Ile de Batz, Ile callot, the bull's castle, Sieck island.

Taste seafood, fresh fish, local vegetables (artichokes, cauliflowers, roscoff pink onions, sand carrots, etc.)

Un peu déçus

Villa bien aménagée, très bien équipée au niveau cuisine et vaisselle. Par contre, très mal chauffée (pas de chauffage dans la chambre principale, radiateur en panne dans la salle de bains et inefficace dans la véranda, pompe à chaleur du salon impossible à régler), le jardin n'est pas clos (alors que les animaux domestiques sont acceptés) et le wifi ne fonctionne que dehors, et encore une seule barrette. A éviter l'hiver, donc. La propriétaire, contactée à trois reprises, n'est pas venue pour nous expliquer comment résoudre nos problèmes, n'a pas fait l'état des lieus d'entrée (clefs sous le paillasson), ni l'état des lieux de sortie (clef laissées sous le paillasson). Décevant.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans ce logement avec mon mari et mes 4 enfants. Très bien situé, au calme. Un accueil parfait ! Nous avions 13h de route, et nous avons pu arriver à 22h30. Le logement est très bien équipé. La communication avec le propriétaire parfaite ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci encore
