This adorable house is a modern industrial style with a little whimsy added. It's cozy and relaxed feel is very inviting. It is located in the heart of Texas A&M Aggieland in College Station, Texas. It is the perfect location in walking distance of Kyle Field for all those Aggie football, baseball & Basketball games. Also conveniently located to several popular dining spots. Ring dunk weekend

We needed a place to stay for our daughter's ring dunk weekend. This place was just a few minutes from her place, great location, easy to access. Cozy place. It was perfect for our weekend!

Tailgate location

Had a great stay at this property! This is an older house that has been updated in a very cute way. Although updated, the house had a little bit of an old smell, the coffee pot did not work, and it is right off a very busy road with a nearby train track. Upon checking in, a realtor came by to put out a for sale sign and shortly after, the maintenance man dropped by toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, our stay went really well.

Soccer tournament

Family stayed at this nice house for a soccer tournament. The house was in a great location. No ice maker - we bought ice No Tupperware or serving bowls WiFi didn’t work

Holidays with the Family

The house is cute. The kitchen was really nice with a big island. The master bedroom and bath were nice as well. It was close to my son and his family which is where we spent most of our time. The only thing was it was right by the train track but that didn't really bother us. The house worked for what we needed it for and I would stay there again.

Perfect for A&M NSC

This cozy home was perfect for my husband, son and I during NSC. Great location. We loved the open ceiling and lil touches throughout the home. Look forward to staying again on our visits to A&M.

Game Day Weekend

Great location for a game day weekend. We were able to walk to the stadium. Only downside was that it is close to the road/train. That really didn’t bother us much though. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location

This property is all about location. We went to an Aggie basketball game. Easy walk to Reed. House is older but remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. If you are doing anything on campus and need a close place, I’d highly recommend.

Excellent location for everything fire school, Aggieland and restaurants or bars!! The property was very clean and we loved having the backyard. The property manager was extremely accommodating and did everything she could to make our stay even better!! We will definitely book again!

Everything we needed was there, in the kitchen and otherwise. The TV and the streaming apps were easy to access which made our stay much more enjoyable. The proximity to A&M was outstanding. Thanks for a great stay!

Great weekend house

Needed a place to stay for a weekend of watching our nieces softball tournament. This house was conveniently located and had nice rooms that accommodated the 3 of us. Living room/kitchen were cozy and back porch was great to sit outside and unwind.

Texas A&M visit

My daughter and I were in town from out of state for her new student conference. This house was not only in the perfect location, but it was adorable and excellent for the two of us. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We plan to book here again if it’s available during future visits.
