Our separate and private Great House villa boasts it's own pool, pool deck, and three covered galleries, each in a soul soothing setting. A complimentary rental jeep is included with your stay. Well built, well kept property - large deck for sun and star gazing. Nice pool, vehicle really handy ! Perfect deck for sunsets ! Surprised with the number of apartments, but noise never an issue ! Owner friendly and very attentive, makes the stay very accommodating !

Great experience

I have stayed at many resorts and smaller accommodations. This one is equal to the best, for the personal attention showed by the host and his staff. Great surprise to have a home cook meal waiting for us upon arriving. We had access to a vehicle at no extra cost. The host was a great communicator. Couple minutes drive to the beach. I will highly recommend this property.

Best vacation ever!

My friend and I have taken alot of vacations and this has been the best yet! Garett is the best host we have ever had. His attention to detail showed from the time we booked until we left. Everything was arranged for our arrival and departure....taxi and water ferry. The rest of the staff at Eden Villa are also very kind and helpful! The Great House has beautiful views from every angle! Thx again for your attention to detail and all the information that made for a stress free vacation! Until next time!

You can’t beat the Great House at Eden Villas for the perfect stay!

The accommodation as well as the private balconies, garden, water feature and pool are truly spectacular. Even after seeing the photos, it was beyond our expectations! Garret is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are welcomed and comfortable and was always available for any questions about places we wished to see. Having access to one of the villa’s vehicle gave us the freedom to explore the island and come and go as we chose. We would highly recommend Garett’s Great House at Eden Villa for a quiet & relaxing vacation on Nevis and we hope to be able to return again! Corey & Kerry

Eden villas, Nevis I can’t imagine a better place to stay or a more helpful host. Cool g knows the island. All of their places to see or eat are always amazing and delicious. The jeeps are fun and driving while a little stressful at first are worth every minute you drive the island. The house is everything and more than the pictures. The sunsets are close to the best on the island. Maybe go lower for a different view. Follow Garrette’s emails/books and make sure you check out his favorite place in the world. It won’t disappoint. View of Paradise

If you don't stay at Eden Villa when visiting Nevis then you are missing out on a fabulous vacation stay. Communicating with the owner Garett is just the start of a very welcoming experience. Garett is very attentive to the travelers' needs. The rest of the staff/management, from Eulin, Nigel, Ryan et al are amazing and super friendly. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Getting back to the villa itself, wonderful views abound. Imagine sitting on the veranda, sipping your morning coffee (or tea), the cool breeze and gorgeous views comforting your soul. This is what a vacation in paradise is supposed to offer. The jeep that is supplied will take you to the innermost beautiful and historic places on the island. Garett will give you his personal list of preferred restaurants, or you could just stay at the villa and cook your favorite homemade meals in the well supplied kitchen, then gaze at the gorgeous nighttime views of the Nevis countryside and St Kitts across the channel while sipping a nightcap of your choosing. Beaches - check; Hiking - check; Sightseeing - check; Historical sites - check; Relaxing at the pool - ahhh! check. You will leave Nevis fulfilled, knowing you selected a beautiful villa on a paradise island inhabited with beautiful and friendly people. Clean and quiet, Nevis is the crown jewel of the Caribbean. You won't be disappointed!

What is not to love …

A beautiful property with a fantastic pool and terrace overlooking the sea with great views. Very clean and spacious with a great kitchen and large dining table. Garret was a helpful host with plenty of information and tips and was very discreet and never disturbed us during our stay.

Great Place

We were looking for a very special place to take our granddaughters before they started high school. We asked them what they were looking for and one important issue was seeing monkeys. We had been to Nevis and knew this was the place. We had done timeshares in the past but we were looking for something special. VRBO offered some very special places. We found one, booked it and the rest it history!! Very easy process and the owner was extremely helpful. What a great way to create a special memory with our granddaughters!! Thanks!

The entire process of booking, arriving and staying Eden Villa was effortless and enjoyable. The best view in Nevis

My family and I had the most wonderful 10 day stay at Eden Villa. Garrett was so helpful and organised all of our travel to and from the island and made the journey stress free and enjoyable. The villa has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing holiday on Nevis. Our children loved the views, pool and homelike amenities that were provided. The jeep that Garrett provided was so useful to help us explore the island and we had some wonderful adventures whilst seeing the beauty of the island. Would we go back, absolutely and we can’t wait! I already miss sitting on the balcony and soaking up the beautiful view and sunset! Great host and wonderful pave to stay.

We are so grateful for the generosity of the owner, Garrett. He helped us get a set up w both eden villa and storybook cottage to accommodate our family comfortably at a great price and a car to use w each property! The host/manager, Kathy, was so wonderful. She shopped for us before our arrival and met every request we had. She made a meal for us which was delicious; I highly recommend that you hire her services if you stay here. She also gave us some excellent recommendations for shopping . I do want to mention the listing states there are queen size beds and they were all double beds which makes a difference when one of our party is 6’4”. The house water was heated by solar panels so we never had hot water and it took a bit to get the water warm. The “2 minute walk” to the beach would be treacherous ; we recommend you drive there. But we had a gorgeous view of the ocean on spacious patios and each house had its own pool. We had a good time w our family for the 5 nights we were there and cooked most of our meals easily as the kitchen had all the necessities plus extras. Thanks again Garrett and Kathy for everything.

Beautiful home away from home

What a property overlooking the ocean. The property is beautiful and Garett was a wonderful host. A car came with the rental which was great to get around the island. We will definitely come back and stay here again.
