Come ski at Sugarbush & the Middleburg Snowball. Stay here!...Not your average ski house...This unique Green Mountain hideaway boasts a fully equipped kitchen with vintage gas stove with skating pond and mountain views.

Lovely wrap around porch with comfy couch and blankets, grill, and chairs for blazing winter sunset suppers or sunrise coffee...burrrrrrrrr...but fun!

The first apartment is the main part of the house.There are 2 separate entrances and living spaces for both apartments. The main apartment is fully furnished and truly a place you'll love to have as your home away from home...

(The second apartment is occupied full time by a normal wonderful person...she is a gift to our community)

This apartment is a wonderful place to call home for a week...or two...second week 1/2 price...

Lovely creative home, I didn't want to leave!

This was a hidden gem in the Granville listings. We felt lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful creative home. This was not your usual rental, we hoped to be able to stay longer but we didn't realize what a wonderful place we'd rented until we arrived. I wasn't sure how the house would be laid out when it came to the 2nd apartment but there was no connection and I never was effected by the other renter so I felt I had the whole place to myself. However, it was nice to know I wasn't alone even though I never saw the other renter except for one brief sighting. The house itself is a wonderland of artistic creativity. It's really a home not just a house, very comfortable and well thought out with nice little touches and everything one might need. A real gem. I only wish it was available during the summer months.

This is a wonderful home apartment. Beautifully decorated with pieces of art. Very comfortable. Fun

This is the home of a creative person. Wonderful that they are willing to open it up to strangers. The kitchen and dining area are perfectly connected for a nice ability to stay connected, as well as those in the very comfortable living room. The bed is beautifully made with lovely sheets and covers and conveniently located bathroom just around the corner. The clawfoot tub is a great place for soaking the worries away. Definitely a place to find a way to return to - I only wish it was available during the summer as well as winter- but I'll be sure to return again next year for a great relaxing winter retreat. And even though there is another apartment under the same roof you wouldn't't know there is anyone around, but meeting Sherry was a wonderful experience, a lovely, helpful person. This is a hidden jewel.

Oh how i wish i loved winter and winter activities...the skiing... the cold...

but i don't...

I don't need a beach and palm trees...I'm happy with cool weather ...light rain...

but that's not here...

I'll enjoy the place during the summer but you can enjoy it during the winter...

it's a great place....

It's a great place...it's really a home....away...

it is important to make sure it's clear that there are 2 separate apartments...separate entrances...separate living spaces/bathrooms...

All the plusses of having a full time lived in home in winter (driveway plowed regularly...local connection...warm) ...with out sharing the fridge...and ALL the rest....

What makes this property unique

The person that lives in the 2nd apartment... along with being a wonderful but private person...plays the cello...and although it's a faint sound thru the air...it's quite a treat to hear occasionally...
