Studio with lots of charm, quiet and very bright.
Completely new, it has top quality equipment
It can accommodate 2 people comfortably.
The studio is located on rue d'Anvers in the heart of Lille, 200m from the Sébastopol Theater.
The Palace of Fine Arts and the Prefecture are around 500m away. Rue d'Anvers is a quiet street perpendicular to Rue Gambetta, where there are many shops: bakeries, newsagent, pharmacy, supermarket ... The famous Wazemmes market is 500m from the studio, 3 times a week.
The Grandes Ecoles and the Catholic University of Lille (La Catho) are 7 minutes away on foot.
