110m² villa located in the countryside with 800m² of land including:
- 1 living room open on the kitchen of 50m ² with air conditioning
-3 bedrooms with closet (1 bed 160 a 140 and a 120)
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower
-1 laundry room containing freezer washing machine and dryer
-1 large shaded terrace BBQ and swing with 4 sunbeds
- 1 small terrace containing 1 wood pizzas oven
electric gate and shed for cars
- possibility to see 2 horses in the meadows
The villa is ideally located at the foot of the mountains, it is close to tourist places in the region such as Arles, Avignon but also Saint Remy de Provence. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the festival of Avignon during but also all the local festivals allowing you to enjoy the sweet life of the south. In addition, you will be one hour from the beaches to enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean. A deposit of 500 euros will be requested at the time of the return to the premises.
