Our check-in hours are from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and checkout is at 12:00 noon. To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all of our guests, we have quiet time from 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and from 11:00pm to 10:00am on weekends.

We appreciate respectful and courteous guests and have a zero tolerance policy towards arrogant and mean behavior. We hope you will join us and enjoy a pleasant and respectful stay in our rental. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

We will meet at the property and walk them through the suite for check in. Host will verify photo ID of all guests and issue keys. You will be given a brief orientation of the suite and the neighborhood.

We booked an apartment with balcony, and when we arrived after 20 hours flight, the owners asked us to wait for them, after more than hour they came to accommodate us in the basement, we rejected and asked for the facilities we booked, they used a very bad attitude. Unfortunately we had to accept at the end because of the kids and the luggage we transferred
