Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres in the gorgeous Fredericksburg hill county and only 3 miles to main street. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country life. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms is an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. There is a pull out queen American Leather sofa bed downstairs (feels just like a normal mattress - no annoying bar!) The property is perfect for a couple of nights getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping, and "me time".

Amazing place to stay

We love staying here. Far enough outside of Fredericksburg that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants after a quick 10 minute drive.

Great Place to Relax

This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as relaxing as the first stay. The inside is very well put together and clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch while watching the animals move around. It has a great location making it easy to get to Main Street for shopping as well as the many local wineries along Hwy 290. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.

An absolute marvel!

This property was even better than expected - not only was it gorgeous, it had everything we needed and more. It was exceptionally clean and the animals, hot tub, and fireplaces made it extra special. One of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed in, it was a true pleasure.

This property was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. You’re far enough out of town to see the stars and enjoy the quiet but close enough to use rideshares. We will definitely be back.

Simply Charming

We visited Fredericksburg for 2 days after attending a wedding in Texas. This property was a wonderful surprise and the highlight of our trip. The home is simply beautiful and the surroundings are spectacular. We were greeted by the adorable donkeys, alpacas, goats and turkeys and enjoyed the relaxing views, including a gorgeous sunrise. We took an Uber into town and it was easy and convenient. We will be visiting again for sure!

Amazingly relaxing place to stay

We had an incredible time staying at the Spotted Sheep Farms Villa. It’s far enough out of town to get away from the crowds and see the stars at night, but close enough you can access anything in town within a few minutes drive. The Villa was very spacious and clean. With everything you need to relax in the peace and quiet. And then you walk out the back door and are greeted with the bleats of sheep and goats grazing. Along with some adorable miniature donkeys and Llamas (alpacas?)My wife adored being able to walk out and interact with them. Despite being able to see a few other cabins and houses it felt very private, including the hot tub area. We definitely want to go back someday.

Beautiful property, inside and out!

We loved staying here. The villa was gorgeous and had everything you needed. My family and I enjoyed having the animals there, they were adorable, and it was fun to sit on the balcony and watch them living their best life! Very peaceful and relaxing experience, would love to stay again the next time around!
