A spacious two floor summer villa with a big green grass loan, outside barbeque, veranda with a sea view, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms. Perfect for big families or a group of friends who want to recreate in a quiet rural area and visit nearby atractions such as Aladja Monastery, Golden Sands Resort, Riviera Resort, Sunny Day Resort, St. Konstantine & Elena and Varna City. Nearby forest with hiking trails. Perfect for families with kids.

Our guest house has some unique benefits for those who are looking to recreate in a secluded residential area, surrounded by nature and with not many neighbours around.
The property is situated on a top of a hill overlooking the Golden Sands resort. One definitely needs a car to move around, there is no public transport, but taxi services are available. The nearest supermarket or bar is 4km away, but the nearest hiking trail is less than a kilometre away. This could be a good thing or a bad thing - depending of what the traveler is looking for. I recommend this type of tourism for people who practise yoga & meditation, love hiking and being close to nature. Also to people who have pets as we have a big garden where they can run around.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighbourhood on the top of Aladzha Monstery with a great view towards the sea and the Golden Sands resort. It's perfect for quiet family recreation, and for nature lovers. There is a forest with great hiking trails and barbeque places. The beach is about 4km away. It is a perfect combination between a beach and a mountain vacation.
