Beautiful, cozy room in the countryside

In the heart of the Natural Park of Auvergne Volcanoes, in a small place called quiet and relaxing between the Puys and the Sancy (ski resort at 27 kms, cross-country ski resort 21 kms), near the lakes (Aydat, Guéry, Servières and Chambon). Near the Castle of Cordes and the Basilica of Orcival.
You will stay on the ground floor of the house of No 'and Mi' (beautiful barn restored), (Our personal space is on the first floor), in a comfortable room (independent access), trendy, spacious (14m2), with bathroom privative (5,50m2), TOILET, basin, Italian shower. Capacity: 2 people ONLY (the room is only equipped with a bed for two people (140).
The arrival time is to be expected from 17H.
Departure time before 10:30.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A fridge, a microwave in the lobby is reserved for you as well as a kettle and a coffee maker.
Breakfast can be served in our dining room from 9am to 10.30am. are at your disposal: tea, coffee, infusion, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, yogurt, ..... You can if you wish to consume it freely (respecting the premises) in your room with two small tables and two chairs, (do not consume food on the bed !!!).Other meals are also allowed (do not hesitate to bring some food). Our kitchen may be shared for the preparation (simple) of your dishes (at your disposal also cookware), you can also take your meals in our dining room from 19H to 21H if time does not allow you to enjoy our outdoor terrace (overlooking the green countryside) - barbecue and plancha on site.
All these commonplaces must be left clean.
To preserve the privacy of all, because we live on site, we ask you to no longer access these common places after 21 H, we thank you.
Internet - TV. Sheets and towels provided, basic crockery for 2 people.

RD 2089 nearby. Shops and services, doctors, pharmacy, restaurant 2 kms. Other shops, banks, restaurants ..... 7 kms.
25 kms from the center of Clermont Ferrand.
ACTIVITIES: Hiking and mountain biking, Vulcania, cogwheel train of the Puy de Dôme, activities and mountain sports. Lakes, many tourist sites.
No smoking in the room.
Only one small clean animal is allowed 🐱: MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 15 KGS. Thank you to specify if you come with your little companion on 4 legs.
For small dog 🐶: no slipper only accepted, thank you for your understanding.
Here welcome committee: several cats.
The tourist tax is to pay us extra: € 0.60 per night and per person. (Exemption for minor). An invoice coupon will be issued.
