Buttonwood Bay, A Paradise Waterfront Gated Community, Key Largo, Florida,

Available only for 2 months (December and January).

Beautiful and historic Buttonwood Bay, a bayside community with all the amenities.
My unit is on the 2nd floor and there is both elevator and stair access. The unit has 2 large bedrooms with full sets of furniture, the Master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, all new furniture. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and the Master is just a shower. New appliances in an updated kitchen, beautiful furnishings and so much more. A very large screened in patio. The entire unit is almost 1500 sq ft. The unit has been designer renovated and is overlooking the Marina with a great corner view, which can be seen in the attached pics and one of the best views on the entire property.
We have a Hi-speed wifi so even working from this vacation home is easy.
Buttonwood Bay is a 280 unit gated community with 24 hour security. The property boasts a marina, 5 tennis courts, 3 pools, a marine store and fuel dock, bay side docks for viewing the spectacular sunsets, a sandy beach with swimming platform, a newly remodeled fitness center and party room with roof deck.

Key Largo is located just 45 minutes south of Miami and is a great place for fishing, diving, snorkeling, cycling, kayaking and many other water activities such as water skiing, rafting, knee & wake boarding, manatee & bird watching, it’s literally a nature preserve. And of course the many great eating establishments with delicious local seafood and nearby shopping center with movie & supermarket. Others come to enjoy a relaxing time on the beach or by the pool, for the spectacular sunsets, and for making new friendships.
