The house offers direct access to the port, the strawberry plantation, the beaches of the castle.
No need for a car, everything can be done on foot or by bike (rental on the port 2 minutes walk from the house).
If you arrive by train, the house is barely 5 minutes walk from the station.
The house has a ground floor with laundry room (washing machine, dryer, American fridge, gas boiler).
Upstairs a large living room with sea view (balcony present, secure), of about fifty m2 with kitchen - island and dining area, behind which you access the living room-library overlooking the garden of about 20-25m2
On the top floor are 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and WC.
You can have an aperitif in the garden and also eat there in the evening (aperitif and dinner area lit by a guinguette garland).
A weber barbecue will be left to you for free.
A small patio makes it possible to leave the bicycles sheltered.
Finally at the bottom of the garden (100 m2) is a 25 m2 outbuilding in which there is a double bed (160cm) and a bunk bed with drawer (3 beds 90/200), as well as a bathroom, toilet and shower.
