The condo and the surrounding area were outstanding. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and windows inside. The condo was very clean, the beds very comfortable. It was wonderful to have a full bath for all three bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There was plenty of furniture inside and on the balcony. Reaching the heated pool and beach were an easy walk.

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful, very clean, and has amazing views. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking so easy, and the entire space is bright and spacious. The owner provides everything you might need and is very responsive if you have questions. This property was extremely large and we were thrilled with the space for our family. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our clothes for the 2 weeks that we stayed. The laundry room was very nice to have for washing our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked, however, the microwave was difficult to figure out how to use, the oven takes an extremely long time to heat up and the refrigerator needed some attention. It needs a new filter and the ice/water dispenser would get stuck while in the on position. The garbage disposal worked well, but it doesn't have the safety piece on the top which when turned on, a little bit of food would come out. Also, the grill outside was filthy and we didn't dare use it because we didn't want to start a fire. Lastly, the cleanliness of the condo was not acceptable. Another person's clothes were in a drawer. There was dust (bunnies) in between the bed and the wall in the first room on the left as you come in the front door. All light fixtures and fake plants are covered with dust among other items such as the lower shelf on the coffee table, ENTIRE sink surfaces and all baseboards. The beach, pool, garage, gym and lobby areas were exceptional and immaculate.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed the spacious layout of the condo, the comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional amenities offered by the building. We would like to note that during your stay, our property management company contacted you on two separate occasions, as is our standard practice with all guests, to ensure that everything was meeting your expectations. During those conversations, no concerns were brought to our attention, and you expressed that you were enjoying the condo and found it beautiful and comfortable. We regret that the issues mentioned in your review were not reported during your stay, as most could have been addressed promptly to improve your experience. Following your feedback, the appliances were inspected by a technician and confirmed to be in proper working order. We also addressed the housekeeping concerns, including dusting the artificial plants and removing clothing items that had inadvertently been left behind by a previous guest in a dresser drawer. We appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps us maintain the high standards we strive to provide. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Fun in sun

We had a great stay. There is construction on the adjacent properties so some big equipment being driven in the beach would be the only negative- the condo is gorgeous, the beach is always amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation .
