Les deux alpes, near the lake, 4/6 person apartment in chalet

Accommodation for 4/6 people in a luxury chalet "the alpine garden", 3 rooms with terrace completely renovated with equipped kitchen, 2 closed bedrooms, one with private bathroom. Near the Lac de la BuissonniĂšre leisure center. View of the white valley. Very quiet area, located 100m from the small needle chairlift accessible by the track located 40m. Ski back to the chalet. 400m from the shops on foot, downtown 10min by free shuttle, stop 25 located in front of the residence.

Winter: skiing, paragliding, snowmobiling, ski back to back and quiet area
Summer: mountain biking, paragliding, summer skiing on a glacier, hiking, horse riding, swimming in the pool or lake near the chalet (100m). Many shops with free shuttle.

You will be welcomed by our partner FIRSTRAX.
-Arrival between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Departure between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Description of the apartment:

- 1 entrance with shoe cupboard and cupboard (vacuum cleaner, broom), coat rack
- 1 equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, DOLCE GUSTO and electric coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob with 4 burners, raclette and fondue service.
- 1 spacious living room with table, bench, 4 chairs, 160 * 200 sofa bed (room closed by a curtain), flat screen
- 1 bedroom double bed 140 * 190 with storage
- 1 bedroom with towel-dry bathroom, foldaway double bed 140 * 190, flat screen and storage
- 1 shower room, towel dryer, hair dryer
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 garage in closed basement 1 car
- 1 ski locker in the basement.

- Duvets and pillows are provided as well as a kit of first necessities (Bath mat, sponge, toilet paper, trash bag).
- Sheets and towels not provided. Possibility to hire extra on site (Sheets 10 € -pers and towel 7 € / pers).
- A 30% reduction on the rental of ski equipment with our partner Firstrax as well as the possibility of booking ski lessons.
-Wifi available for 39 € per week or 7 € per day.

Lovely family friendly apartment

We spent 10 days in this apartment and had a fantastic time. The apartment was cosy but comfortable for 4 adults and a baby. Good location with just a short walk to a chair lift. We had a lovely family holiday and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place for a short summer break

Rented this apartment with my brother to watch the Tour de France. It made an ideal base, with a bedroom and bathroom each, cosy lounge area and little table to sit out at. Only drawback was having to cycle up the hill to get home each day 😀

Perfect ski accommodation

Fantastic compact apartment with everything you could need for a perfect stay!We were a group of 4 women and loved the fact that the apartment had 2 shower rooms. Fabulous location being a 10 minute walk to the ski hire shop and numerous restaurants in the town.The only issue was the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t work out how to turn the heating down. Also the people responsible for managing the apartment were not overly friendly.However, do not let that put you off - we loved the place

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. L’appartement Ă©tait agrĂ©able, fonctionnel, non loin de la station, l’arrĂȘt de la navette Ă©tant juste en face. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© l’espace cuisine (cuisine trĂšs complĂšte).Je signale cependant que le canapĂ© lit du salon est inconfortable, nous avons eu Ă©galement quelques soucis avec le thermostat et la chaudiĂšre. Mais ça ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ©s de passer un bon sĂ©jour. Il y a de fortes chances que nous revenions prochainement.

A very pleasant stay in this apartment, no wifi available

We had a very pleasant stay in this compact, well-furnished apartment. There is an own (tight) parking space in the underground parking garage. The location is very convenient: the bus stop (free shuttle service) is directly across the street. A supermarket and a small swimming lake are within walking distance.According to the description on the VRBO website, there is WIFI available, but that information is not accurate. The apartment has not its own WIFI router. The owner gave us an option to rent one at the tourist office, but that is only possible by prior reservation and availability. We suggest to the owner to provide WIFI for her guests herself. That would make the apartment completely equipped in terms of amenities!

Les deux alpes ist einfach fantastisch zum Skifahren. Das Appartment ist gut gelegen. Mit wenigen Schritten, ca. 200 Meter, ist man an der Zubringerspur zum Lift. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestatet. Alles was man braucht ist da.

Appartement trĂšs propre fonctionnel et , spacieux pour 3 personnes ( couple avec un enfant ) . Tout le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine y est. . Jardin qui donne sur la rue , cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©. Lac buissonniĂšre vraiment Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, arrĂȘt de bus en face du jardin donc accessibilitĂ© au centre de la station facile . Nous reviendrons ! Merci !

Un joli appartement

L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, spacieux, trĂšs propre et confortable. Tout est conforme avec les photos. Il y a nĂ©anmoins un inconvĂ©nient : il est situĂ© exactement en face de l'arrĂȘt de bus et malheureusement il n'y a aucune haie ou brise-vue. C'est dommage car on se retrouve par moment avec une vingtaine de personnes qui attendent le bus en regardant vers la terrasse de l'appartement.

Nous connaissons la station depuis plus de 20 ans et y avons toujours sĂ©journĂ©, hors pĂ©riodes de vacances, dans un studio louĂ© Ă  des connaissances et situĂ© Ă  la Soldanelle. Cette annĂ©e, les vacances Ă©tant prĂ©vue en famille, nous avions besoin d'un logement plus spacieux et quel fut notre bonheur de passer cette semaine au Jardin Alpin ! Appartement trĂšs bien conçu, cosy et dotĂ© d'un Ă©quipement parfait. Excellente situation au calme, avec l'Ă©norme avantage de l'arrĂȘt de la navette juste en face , la proximitĂ© de la piste donnant accĂšs Ă  quelques remontĂ©es et possibilitĂ© de retour skis aux pieds suivant l'enneigement. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s avec un merveilleux souvenir et juste l'envie de renouveler notre expĂ©rience !

Appartement confortable, bon emplacement, les plus: garage, navette, Ă©quipements du logement, luges

Logement de vacances agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien placĂ©, Ă  moins de 100m des pistes et en face d'un arrĂȘt de la navette. En revanche, seulement une clĂ© de casier Ă  ski (alors qu'on a eu deux tĂ©lĂ©commandes de garage) et malgrĂ© la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© du service de conciergerie, la prestation n'est pas au niveau, ni pour les locataires, ni pour les propriĂ©taires. Ils doivent gĂ©rer une bonne partie des rĂ©servations Abritel, rĂ©sultat, plus d'une heure d'attente pour juste rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s, pas d'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e ni de sortie.

Appartement trÚs bien agencé et décoré avec soin. Rien ne manque. Rez de chaussée trÚs pratique avec la terrasse. La literie en revanche un peu trop ferme. Dommage que l'arbre en face de la terrasse ai été coupé cette semaine, il avait l'avantage de préserver l'intimité.
