Waterfront Getaway! Relax in this waterfront home with pier on huge lot!

Private & peaceful home right on the water in between Magnolia beach (less than 3 miles) and Alamo beach. Enjoy the sunrise, watch dolphins, go fishing, boating or bird watching all from the private pier! This house is 1,960 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master suite is downstairs on the main floor with a king size bed and a walk-in shower and separate tub. There are 2 bedrooms & full bath upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of full size bunk beds. This house will sleep very comfortably 8 ADULTS (kids are welcome too). Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans) all you need to bring is your food and drinks.

- Plenty of space to park your boat on land

- Beautifully landscaped one acre property to enjoy and to play
- Firepit (can only be used when there is no burn ban)
- Kayak
- Swim off the pier (no jumping off the pier) (beach shoes recommended)
- 5 minute drive to sandy Magnolia beach (beach shoes recommended in some areas)
- 9 hole golf course only 15 minutes away
(We have 3 sets of golf clubs)

This home was perfect for us - we had a wonderful time fishing and relaxing with family. Well appointed, comfortable, quiet and also large enough for 3 kids under 10 to have fun when the weather turned cold and rainy. Highly recommend this home!
