The room and resort are nice and the food is good. Kids loved the water parks and they were a life saver when it was too hot and kids were sun burned. We had some issues with the name on the reservation vs what we booked but Billy and the owner were on top of it and extremely responsive. Keep in mind this is a timeshare so the condo number itself will change. Overall, even with the hassle in the beginning, we would do it again. Had a great time!

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location

We recently stayed at this unit in June 2025, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was spacious, and the layout was nice. We appreciated that the master bedroom had a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom had two queen beds, which was a definite plus for our family. However, we encountered several issues that detracted from our stay.Firstly, the unit details were misleading. The pictures in the advertisement do not accurately represent the layout of the unit, and the host seemed to have no knowledge of the actual unit. He mentioned that the photos were stock images, but whatever the layout shown was the same as the unit. This is false. The patio/terrace/ shown in the photos was not what we found; instead, we had a very small balcony facing a neighboring property that was under construction during our stay. The bedroom photos as well as description was incorrect. There was mold growing on the intake vent above the kitchen sink, which was particularly concerning as my child has severe asthma. On top of that, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned on our 2nd day, and the temperature would not drop below 74 degrees, making it uncomfortable. While the resort staff were helpful and tried to assist us, they ultimately stated that since we booked through a timeshare property management company, they could not intervene further. The host did refund us 200 after our stay, which felt inadequate given the inconveniences we faced.

Thank you for your feedback. As noted in the review, the condo itself was not the issue—guests were upset about construction taking place next door, unrelated to our property. While I understand that outside noise can be frustrating, the construction was not on-site, and we have no control over nearby development. For that reason, a refund was not issued. The condo is located within a resort and accurately represented in our listing. There was no mold present; however, some dust near a ceiling fan vent was brought to our attention and promptly addressed with housekeeping. It’s worth mentioning that this reservation was already booked at a significant discount. Unfortunately, some guests hope for additional compensation or even a free stay by citing issues beyond our control. We strive to provide great value and transparency, and we stand by the quality of the condo and the accuracy of our listing.
