- 1 apartment en suite, with equipped American kitchen, bathroom (shower and wc) communicating with the rest of the villa but also with an independent entrance.

Large double living room with fireplace, 4K television with Canal + and Canal Sat subscription (cinema, children and sports bouquets)

On the terrace, spacious shaded dining area (large masonry barbecue), Plancha Forge Adour.
Beautiful heated swimming pool (12 x 6), surrounded by a wide paved beach. Parasols, deckchairs and garden furniture. Securing children's access to the pool is ensured by an electric cover.

First time in Palumbaggia

We love Corsica, have stayed all over the island and wanted to try a new area. The house was lovely, with an amazing view. It’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures! It’s also super quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Would be great for families.

Magnificent property

The property with the heated pool and the location are fabulous. Unfortunately, for a property of this level, one would expect certain basics like toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, hand soap, etc. The property manager was not responsive to our inquiries, nor helpful.

Five star!!!

Three families with four children under 5 years old stayed for one week in August. Wonderful Villa much more beautiful than the photos suggest. All rooms on one floor - spacious enough to have private space Beautiful sea views from the large shaded terrace. Shaded sitting area by the pool as well as chairs in sunny aspects. Salted water pool was clean and warm - pool toys included - possibly left by previous guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and dryer available. Location is perfect in walking distance to the beach. Cala do Lima beach bar the closest to the villa - 12 mins walk has good food for lunch and breakfast - fresh orange juice, crispy croissants. Good quality fish and meat including Iberico pork for lunch. Delphine the Consierge is very helpful And responds quickly to any request. Five star experience. Stayed at many villas but this is up there!!! Not pretentious but ticks all the boxes .

disappointed by poor communication.

property was magnificent. house was perfect! setting was incredible. Corsica was amazing. we were supposed to be met by delphine at 5pm after flying and driving forever. she was 30 minutes late. she took us to the house but neglected to give important information. how to use the air conditioner, how the safes worked, how appliances worked, what to do with trash. when we had problems, we couldn't reach by phone and emails were not answered in a timely fashion. our passports and money were locked in a safe for 24 hours even though we were told someone would come that afternoon to help. we didn't know how to work air conditioners at all until when elodie came to explain about safe, she filled us in. we asked about trash and were sent incorrect directions. on the morning we left, i emailed explaining that and that we left the garbage neatly in the garage. the reply was we will be charged 50 euros if we don't take garbage out. we had already left for home when we received that email. it's unfortunate that poor communication and explanations, put a dent in an otherwise perfect week.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la villa de la Palombaggia.La maison très bien décorée, spacieuse pour des vacances en famille avec 4 enfants, la literie très confortable, la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, le jardin spacieux et joliment arboré, la quiétude de l'endroit, à une distance raisonnable des commerces, l'accès facile aux paillotes de plage , la disponibilité d'Élodie notre contact sur place, ..... tout était top.petit bémol, la cuisine avec des portes d'armoire un peu "branlantes" et de la vaisselle ... " un peu brouillon".Je recommande cette maison.

Fantastic view and great location

Perfect summer holiday house, expansive terraces with great views. It's a short, easy walk to Palombaggia beach. No visible neighbours. Would happily return.

difficile de faire beaucoup mieux

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison à 4 couples d’amis, 2 enfants de 8 et 12 ans et un bébé. La maison est grande et très agréable à vivre au quotidien. Chaque chambre est spacieuse avec chacune sa salle de bain et l’air conditionné qui fonctionne parfaitement. La terrasse est large et agréable. La piscine est grande et chaude et La vue est à tomber si bien qu’au final on a pas vraiment eu envie de bouger. J’avais personnellement peur de la proximité avec la route mais la végétation la camoufle complètement et ca ne fait quasi pas de bruit. S’il faut trouver des points négatifs , je dirais que les meubles de la cuisine mériterait une petite rénovation et aussi qu’une base de son pour mettre de la musique ne serait pas du luxe. Pour le reste c’etait parfait.

Excellent rapport qualite/prix Petits bémols : - Villa pas facile à trouver sur la route de Palombaggia, mais pas de numéro, sur une route tortueuse. - Mer à 10 min à pieds... minimum et remontée 15min. minimum ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Beautiful home, perfect stay

This was a perfect home for our group of 3 couples to enjoy Corse. Had no problems with check-in or check-out. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our weeks stay. Especially liked having an extra refrigerator in the garage to keep our beer, wine and water cold. Would love to stay here again.

Gros coup de cœur pour cette magnifique villa! Nous parlons déjà d’y revenir. Emplacement idéal (10min à pieds de la plage). Villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Confort +++(chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, literie haut de gamme et nombreux espaces de rangement). Idéal avec des enfants. Supers espaces de vie intérieur et extérieur (espace piscine spacieux avec beaucoup de transat + salon de jardin sur la terrasse). Plancha pour faire des BBQ. Vue à couper le souffle. Tout était parfait! Un grand merci pour cette semaine de rêve!

Haus mit einmaliger Aussicht!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem einmaligen Ferienhaus! So eine Rundumaussicht übers Meer wird man nur schwer ein zweites Mal finden! Es ist wirklich einmalig!! Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und ist sehr sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es eignet sich auch perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in einer größeren Gruppe, da das Haus und das Anwesen insgesamt weitläufig ist. Die Lage an einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas ist perfekt. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in nur wenigen Minuten. Lediglich der Pool war zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Dieses Manko wurde im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts jedoch behoben. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass ein Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Vue extraordinaire

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette superbe Villa récemment rénovée. La décoration est particulièrement réussie. Nous avons apprécié l’équipement extérieur, canapés, fauteuils... qui permettent de vivre dehors confortablement. Enfin la vue mer au dessus des pins parasols est à couper le souffle.

Tout à fait comme dans l'annonce et même mieux encore ! La vue est incroyable, la maison superbe et très bien équipée. On s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Localisation tout près de la plage de Palombaggia aisément accessible à pieds. Merci pour l'attention et la disponibilité dont a fait part le service de conciergerie. On reviendra c'est sur !

Très belle vue et bel agencement, mais une maison qui a beaucoup vieilli

La villa bénéficie d'une très belle vue et d'un agencement agréable. La villa a néanmoins besoin de beaucoup de travaux, ce que le propriétaire a apparemment prévu de faire cet hiver. La piscine est très abîmée, les carreaux se détachent et nos enfants se sont blessés aux pieds. Les salles de bains sont aussi anciennes. La cuisine est peu équipée. Il faudrait la climatisation dans la pièce à vivre car il y fait très chaud dès le matin tôt.
