Welcome to this 3B Gulf View Penthouse in Tower 3 at Portofino Island Resort.

Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound.

The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here.

Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. Beautiful decor and fully furnished. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely put this condo on our list for return visits. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Onsite restaurants serve delicious food. Be sure to try them.

Good stay, a few recommendations

Overall, we had a great stay in this unit. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the grill on the balcony. Recommendations would be to get window shade coverings for top of the windows in the two bigger bedrooms…. The light was so bright no one could sleep once the sun came up which is hard with young children. . Also, the bedrooms really need dressers or storage for clothes. The master bedroom closet was full of sand from the beach toys being stored there.

Amazing wedding stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for our wedding week. The condo itself was immaculate and we have no complaints! Unfortunately, the check in process at Portofino was difficult due to the computer system being down-which is a problem I’ve never encountered before, but they soon resolved this the next day. Again, absolutely gorgeous and best if you have Pensacola Beach.
