Stylish property

Stylish property with great character located nicely within Wissant within easy reach of restaurants, food store and beach. Really enjoyed our stay and would re-book if visiting the area.

Prachtig karaktervol huis, je hebt het gevoel echt een "thuis" te hebben en geen onpersoonlijke cleane huurwoning. Het is een oud huis dus met wat mankementen maar dat neem je er graag bij.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa und in Wissant sehr genossen. Besonders der kleine Supermarkt und die zwei MĂ€rkte in der Woche waren toll! Der Garten ist perfekt fĂŒr Kinder.

Leuk er even uit.

De locatie is mooi, rustig. De ruime tuin is een meerwaarde. Het interieur ziet er veel mooier en gezelliger uit dan de buitenkant zou laten vermoeden. ( rotte houten oversteek, muren kunnen een streepje verf gebruiken ) We waren er tijdens een relatief koude periode in april. Er stond een palletkachel in de leefruimte maar die zou defect geweest zijn. ( De reservoir was nochtans gevuld... ) De vervangende kleine elektrische verwarmingstoestellen waren NIET in staat om de grote, hoge ruimtes - met enkel glas - op te warmen. Het was er dus vrij fris. Gelukkig bracht de elektrische oven in de keuken enige soelaas ;-)

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Die Lages des großzĂŒgigen Hauses könnte besser nicht sein. Direkt im Ortskern neben dem kleinen Supermarkt und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super. Lediglich die Betten mit den Matratzen sind sehr unbequem. Dies ist der einzige Minuspunkt den es hier gibt. Ansonsten sehr liebevoll und interessant eingerichtet.

Heerlijk huis op prima locatie met prachtig uitzicht op zee

Mooi ingericht en luxe compleet huis waar je met gemak met meerdere personen kunt verblijven. Prima en aardige ontvangst en vertrek. Op loopafstand van het strand, restaurants en winkels, aanrader is de vrijdagavond markt met heerlijke producten. Er is voor ieder wat te doen, wandelen langs de fantastische kust, zwemmen, leuke stadjes bezoeken.

Tolles Haus mit Charme und Meerblick

Wir haben in dieser alten Villa mit viel Charme zwei herrliche Ferienwochen verbracht. Besonders toll ist der Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer mit dem Balkon! Dazu liegt das Haus in einer idealen Lage, alles ist fußlĂ€ufig schnell zu erreichen: das Meer, ein Spar mit backfrischen Croissants, Baguette und Lebensmitteln, Apotheke, Post, Wochenmarkt, CafĂ©s, LĂ€den etc. etc. Die KĂŒche war wirklich sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Im Esszimmer gab es viel Geschirr und man konnte gemĂŒtlich essen. Der Garten ist wirklich groß und unsere Kinder haben dort gern gespielt. Uns war es (im Juni/Juli) nicht zu laut. Erholsam fand ich noch, dass BettwĂ€sche dabei war und die Betten bei unserer Ankunft frisch bezogen waren. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, haben wir durch den Vermieter schnell Antworten und UnterstĂŒtzung bekommen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Magnifique séjour

TrĂšs belle maison typique de Wissant. Un peu vĂ©tuste mais malgrĂ© tout confortable dans un trĂšs chouette jardin qui a le mĂ©rite d’avoir conservĂ© ses grands et beaux arbres. Jardin et maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©s. Seul un percolateur nous a cruellement fait dĂ©faut 😅.

TrĂšs bien, mais...

Une vraie maison familiale encore habitée, spacieuse, bien située, décorée avec goût et originalité. Mais le diable se cache dans les détails : pas d'accÚs au garage (pour ranger vélos et le matériel de plage), à la cave, ni à l'étage supérieur (pour la vue sur mer). Réel problÚme d'égout et de tuyauterie d'évacuation (odeurs désagréables dans toute la maison). Certaine robinetterie défaillante (pas d'eau chaude au lavabo d'une des salles d'eau, manette de douche cassée). Pas de barriÚre de sécurité pour enfants (l'escalier est dangereux). Pas de four micro-ondes (essentiel avec des petites enfants), ni de percolateur à café (autre que des dosettes Nespresso). La maison accuse son ùge est mériterait quelques travaux de peinture et de maçonnage. Un seul jeux de clés (pas aisé quand on est deux familles....). Pour le prix demandé, on s'attend à un peu plus de modernité dans l'équipement.

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist gut, es ist ein kleiner Spaziergang bis zum Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, der BĂ€cker nicht weit. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich! Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit vor Ort!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, im Herzen von Wissant, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wunderbarer Garten! Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart und in den BÀdern riecht es etwas nach Kanalisation, aber das schmÀlert das schöne Objekt nicht!
