Cozy apartment with new air conditioning and in an urbanized area, quiet, family and on the beach with pool and access to the beach for the disabled. Available sheets, towels, tea towels, microwave, toaster, juicer and everything you need for cooking and table service. Sleeps 5 people. It has a terrace overlooking the communal pool with additional children's pool. The neighbors of different European nationalities, are very welcoming and nice people.

En general todo ha estado bien,victoria la dueña ha estado muy atenta con nosotros, en alguna ocasión nos ha llamado para preguntarnos si todo estaba bien o necesitábamos algo. El apartamento estaba muy bien, tal cual sale en las fotos. Perfecto para ir con tu mascota. Con una bonita cala cerca. Han sido unas buenas vacaciones.

je souhaite vous faire par Dun diffèrent suite au dépôts de 100 € de caution concernant la consommation électrique. pas de relevé du compteur AU check-in NI AU check out avec un surplus de 25€ dont ont ne connait pas la consomation.

Schöner und preiswerter Urlaub

Das Haus ist fast direkt am Mittelmeer und hat auch einen Gemeinschaftspool, der von 10 bis 15 Uhr und von 17 bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt gab es dort einiges zu unternehmen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig. Wir haben für den Stromverbrauch der Klimaanlage 100€ als Kaution hinterlegt, davon aber nur 23€ verbraucht (den Rest haben wir natürlich wiederbekommen), obwohl die Klimaanlage fast durchgehend auf 18°C lief, allerdings nur auf der zweiten von sechs Stufen. Die Buchung verlief schnell und unkompliziert, das einzige war, dass der Mietvertrag nur auf Spanisch und nicht Englisch war, sodass die Übersetzung zuerst nicht immer verständlich war. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir wären von alleine z.B. nicht auf die Idee gekommen, den Lemon Tree Market zu besuchen. Der Urlaub war sehr schön, gerne wieder!

Joli séjour à Torrevieja

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Victoria. Celui-ci est conforme à la description. La résidence est très agréable, très calme et très bien entretenue. Le voisinage est très sympathique. Victoria est une hôte très accueillante et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement.

Résidence très sympathique.. La propriétaire et très gentil elle nous a bien accueilli. Elle répond tout de suite si il a un problème . Nous sommes à proximité de tout ..la plage est devant l’appartement avec des galets mais pour aller sur la vrai plage avec le sable il faut prendre la voiture à 5 min Un séjour agréable je recommande fortement Les résidents de la résidence sont très sympathique. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour.

appartement bien situé +++++belle piscine, plage à un jet de pierre++ mais les meubles sont un peu limites impossibilité de dormir ou de rester à la maison en cas de chaleur mais voisinage agréable+++ nécessité de mettre la climatisation et de renouveler les meubles dans ce jolie appartement. pour le reste rien a dire je crois que la propriétaire est bien consciente de ces problèmes et nous a assuré qu elle va y remédier+++ si non pour le reste rien a dire vous pouvez y allez assurez vous que la climatisation soit installée.

L'appartement simple propre dans une jolie résidence bien entretenue dans un bel endroit près de la mer. La plage de sable et les commerces un peu loin à pied mais transports en commun tout près de l'appartement. La propriétaire est une personne très agréable.

Le faltaban electrodomésticos como horno, batidora, tostador, la cala que y dicen que está al lado esta sucia huele mal y llena de rocas muy peligroso para los niños... Estuvo así los9 días de vacaciones. No t proporcionan toallas ni sábanas hay que pagarlo (a mi no porque se equivocó y en un mail me puso que entraba) pero te dan una por persona nada más.

!QUE VACACIONES¡¡¡

Un sitio ideal para pasar tus vacaciones con la familia. Es un lugar muy bonito y muy tranquilo, el piso coqueto, la terraza fantástica, desde allí se ve la piscina y un trozo del mar. El lugar es tranquilo, y hay sitio para aparcar. Nada mas salir del portal a unos metros esta el mar con unas vistas preciosas. Por las noches se puede pasear tranquilamente. La playa de arena también esta cerca (no hay que coger el vh.). Alrededor hay bastantes restaurantes, bares con comida para llevar, heladerías, tiendas de comestibles, etc. La dueña muy servicial y vive cerca. El lugar estupendo, igual que en las fotos de presentación. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver. !QUE VACACIONES¡¡¡¡ y además permite mascotas.

Nice place near the sea

The property is located good enough, a minute’s walk from the sea, although there is no sea view, the balcony overlooks the pool. The furnishing is good and new and the apartment is stuffed with everything necessary for everyday life. Overall, we liked the place, except for some minor things like all the knives were really dull and there was no device to sharpen them or that the iron did not work. To be called perfect, this place misses a dish-washing machine, wi-fi and air conditioning, but it was a good choice anyway, given the reasonable price. The owner, Victoria, is wery welcoming and nice to deal with, all our communications were quick and easy, she had no problem meeting us, although we arrived at midnight.

Schoon , voldeed volgens de beschrijving

De woning ligt binnen een mooien goed verzorgt complex. Een nadeel is dat het ietwat ver ligt van strand en restaurants deze zijn wel met een bus te bezoeken. Veel hulp van eigenares aangeboden gekregen . Geen spraakzame buren dit zijn vaste bewoners uit Madrid. Mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad. Verder geen minpunten.

Very good located apartments next to the sea.

Cozy apartments located next to the sea in the quiet district, nice view from the balcony, small beach between stones just in 1 minute walk but also very reasonable distance to the big La-Mata beach. Friendly owner who is really customer oriented. There is only one point we were missing couple of nights during our 2 weeks stay is air-conditioning. If owner will install Airco. it will move apartments from the very good score to priceless! One more time would like to thank landlord for all assistance and advises she gave us during our stay.

fabulous appartment

Really lovely accomodation, clean and tidy and a lovely balcony with great views, anything extra we needed she found for us, couldn't have been more helpful. Pool was beautiful and location was perfect, will certainly go there again 10/10
