Nice house in a nice location. Just steps to the massive Sunday market. We enjoyed meeting owner Sylvie. We would recommend letting prospective visitors know about the narrow circular stairway up to living quarters. Some older or disabled folks (or anyone with large luggage) will find the climb a challenge. Also, bring your own toilet paper, hand soap and dish-washing soap.
Only a step away from everything in Libourne
Great little place for a couple. Old spiral wooden staircase to living section so no good for older people.
Kitchen well equipped.
Washing machine I garage.
Outside really not great but can put washing out there to dry

We had a great week in the flat, centrally located for touring the wine region and visiting Bordeaux. The flat is fully equipped for all your needs and wants for nothing. The weather was unseasonably hot for the time of year we rented and would have appreciated a fan which we understand the owner has now purchased. We appreciated the secure parking of the garage coupled with the limited parking outside. The owner quickly replied to my enquiries and would not hesitate to recommend this property.
