Villa with pool in Cap Ferret

The villa is ideally located at the tip of the Cap Ferret peninsula giving you access on foot and by bike to the pool (700 meters) and the ocean dune (50 meters). In addition, you can also go quickly to the market, to the fishing and oyster farming village or to the city center.
It will seduce you with its architecture highlighted by its decoration and quality furniture. The bay window which opens onto the large terrace and its swimming pool creates a space, half-interior, half-exterior. The Barbecue and the Plancha will allow you to organize meals or evenings by the heated pool surrounded by landscaped beds.
the main house has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with a bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a desk and a large living / dining room. All bedrooms have their own bathroom (sink and shower).
The annex consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed) and a bathroom.

In this villa you can regain the standing of a luxury hotel. In fact, high quality linen is provided and the beds are made up just before your arrival, with a bath set available for each person. The departure cleaning is obviously included in the rental. For a rental of two weeks or more, a complete weekly cleaning is planned as well as a change of the household linen.
