Located at the top of the hill, with an area of more than 200 m² with an unobstructed view, on a wooded plot of 2000 m², the villa is located 5 minutes by car north of Montpellier in a charming little village of 3,000 inhabitants.
The hinterland beaches and hikes are 20 minutes by car. You will enjoy the large swimming pool in summer, under century-old pines.

The house has 5 bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned, all furnished with a 160 cm Queen Size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional.
The house was completely renovated in 2018

Tres très belle location avec tout le confort

Belle maison spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le jardin et la piscine sont au top. L accueil par Agathe est chaleureux et elle est très à l ecoute Location à recommander

Très belle maison, très agréable

La maison est très spacieuse, accueillante, très bien équipée et vraiment très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille, au calme absolu, sous le chant des cigales dans un jardin très bien entretenu et avec une vue dégagée sur les environs.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par jean Paul et Tiana qui nous ont fait confiance pour cette 1ère location. C est une maison magnifique où l on se sent comme à la Maison. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable.
