Studio cabin, sea view in Agay, 2 * for 2 adults + 2 children

Studio located on the first floor of a small building in a secure residence with gate code at the foot of the Esterel mountains, sought by hikers and mountain bikers. Private parking.
Two swimming pools are available to tenants in the residence.
The studio is equipped with a sofa bed in the main room and bunk beds can be found in the cabin room for two children or teenagers.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom where there is a bath with shower and a sink.
The studio has a kitchenette with sink, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and cupboards in which are found dishes, glasses and all utensils. The fridge / freezer and microwave are in the large room.
Table and four chairs inside. Large closet wardrobe and dresser. The flat screen TV is in front of the sofa.

Agay is a small family resort near St Raphael.

Lovely stay in a quiet residence. Beautiful view from the studio. Great to be able to cross the road to the beach or enjoy the swimming pool. Nice private parking place in the shade.

Parfait hormis le bruit de la route de la terrasse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio cabine, avec de belles randos à la clé dans le massif de l'Estérel qui se trouve juste derrière la résidence et quelques bains de mer. Superbe vue sur la mer et la baie d'Agay. Exposition sud. Plages et commerces à proximité Le seul petit bémol est la nuisance sonore en terrasse des motos et voitures qui circulent, surtout les w-e, sur la route passante du bord de mer "La Corniche d'Or", située entre la résidence Les Coraux et la mer.

Appartement propre, bien équipé avec une superbe vue. 2 piscines dans la résidence, commerces à la sortie de la résidence et plage juste en face avec accès rapide grâce au portillon. Seul point négatif: l’absence de climatisation. Sinon très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et petite attention à notre arrivée.

Studio très propre, calme avec un équipement complet, un parking securisé très appréciable et il est idéalement placé face à la baie d'Agay que l'on peut admirer en déjeunant sur la terrasse. Les commerces sont à deux pas. Le propriétaire a été précis et chaleureux de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ.

Magnifique vue

Vue magnifique sur la baie d agay et piscine dans la résidence apporte un plus très important. Un appartement fonctionnel et avec un accès a plusieurs plages à moins de 10 minutes a pied ( eau de la mer à 25 degrés en août) et un restaurant dans le camping a 5 minutes a pied qui fait de la bonne cuisine. Je conseille vivement cet appartement avec en plus des propriétaires très sympathiques

Die Unterkunft wird mit ** Sternen bewertet und entspricht voll und ganz diesem Standard. Sie ist einfach, jedoch vollständig ausgestattet und liegt direkt am Meer. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten damit allerdings keine Probleme. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon lässt die Gegend zu jeder Zeit geniessen und ergänzt den Erlebniswert.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout confort et tout équipé. Il offre un emplacement idéal, à proximité de toutes les commodités (plage, piscine, restaurant, supérette...).
