About this property

Villa Joyeux is in a peaceful residential area.
It is located in the town of Juan les Pins/Antibes. It is a private villa with approximately 1000 m2 of grounds.
The entire exterior has been completely renovated. There is a large, new decking area around the pool, on which there are many sun loungers.

The pool is large and newly tiled. There are steps going down into the shallow end, perfect for children. There is a fence around the pool area for child safety.

The pool can be heated. Please enquire about price if this interests you.

There is a tiled outdoor patio, directly outside the lounge/kitchen area, with outdoor table and chairs for meals overlooking the pool area. There is also a outdoor lounge area, under the shade, overlooking the pool area.

There is a large hot tub on the decking overlooking the pool area.

The garden goes around the villa, of which part of this is grass. Children can run around the villa; the grounds are completely flat and enclosed.

The property has a private parking place for cars, however it is also possible not to hire a car due to it’s amazing location.

The interior of Villa Joyeux has just been completely renovated; with new tiles, fittings and furnishings throughout. The main villa is laid out on 2 levels.

The living/dining kitchen area are on the ground level. They open directly onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is 1 full bathroom and toilet on this level.

The first floor has another 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a large front balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace below. A twin bedroom also opens onto the same large balcony. There are another 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one of these bedrooms open onto another balcony. These bedrooms share the third bathroom.

For a large group of people, there is the possibility to use the second floor which is a lovely, large open room with 3 single beds. It has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a very large balcony overlooking the pool area.

There is air conditioning throughout the house. Each bedroom has tv facilities.

Fantastic stay at this Villa.. Lise and Jon were exceptional hosts and the property equalled their service .. it is a perfect property for friends / family (16 in our case). The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage with air con in each room. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Fresh towels provided for bathrooms and for round the pool. Can’t fault it… Walking distance from just le Pins train station and several supermarkets. The beach and Antibes are really great. Pool / hot tub are great for cooling off or chilling out round the sun deck. Massive Thanks to the owners and Jon / Lise for hosting us - will be back !!!! 5star every day of the week 👍

Villa bella e confortevole

Lise è stata molto gentile e precisa sia durante la prenotazione che al check in, ottimo il vino rosé offerto come benvenuto, e check out. La Villa è molto bella e confortevole con spazi ben divisi. Ci siamo molto goduti la piscina. Nella camera al terzo piano potrebbe servire un armadio o qualcosa per i vestiti.

Nice house. Have been used a lot by meny people. We think the owners could have styled it up

The cost for one week is too high. Approx 10000 Euro is too expensiv based on what we got.

Good days in Juan Les Pins

The house is very nice, the pool was popular with the children. It takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the bakary and the Spar market. We also walked to the Picasso museum and that took 40 minutes with young children. Late July may not be the optimal because of the heat, but we can recommend this house and Lise was very helpful.
