House by the river, 5 minutes from the sea

Villa, south facing, south east, in a quiet area at the edge of a river, Le Travo, where you can swim with private access. The house is 5 minutes from a sandy beach that stretches for several kilometers. The property has a private swimming pool of 5x10 m with two terraces, one shaded with an outdoor table. The land is very large, in terraces, and down to the river. Your cars are safe inside the property (gate closed). The house is equipped with 7 rooms, but we only rent 2, on the ground floor. the others being locked. You will have access to a bathroom (with shower) and a toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is very large and is open to the dining room and lounge where you can enjoy the joys of billiards.

You are 5 minutes walk from a grocery store-deposit breads and one of the best butcher shops in the area. If you want to shop at the supermarket, the nearest is 5 minutes by car.

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt vor allem durch seine traumhafte Lage und das große Anwesen, auf dem man viel Platz und Ruhe genießen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, der definitiv das Highlight des Aufenthalts war.Etwas enttäuschend war allerdings die Sauberkeit, die nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Hier wäre mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert, um dem ansonsten schönen Gesamtbild gerecht zu werden.Insgesamt ein schöner Ort mit großem Potenzial – wenn an der Reinigung gearbeitet wird, könnte es ein absolut perfektes Ferienhaus sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll und der Pool und der Billardtisch sind die Highlights des Hauses. Check in und out waren sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut, schnell und unproblematisch. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Haus kann es schnell warm werden (Juli) und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das war im Inserat aber korrekt beschrieben und war daher für uns OK. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke

Tellement d'opportunités...

Une maison sans prétention dans un quartier relativement calme. Nous avons apprécié la piscine mais encore plus l'accès à la rivière dont la température de l'eau permet la baignade sans problème. Cette maison pourrait offrir tellement plus surtout avec tout cet extérieur à disposition. Un gros point noir cependant concernant le ménage qui est plus que superficiel.

Bonjour J'avoue être restée perplexe face à votre avis. Notre maison est en effet sans prétention par choix et conviction. Elle offre tout ce qui nous touche: la sobriété, la simplicité et un environnement le plus en harmonie possible avec le monde du vivant . Quand au ménage Chantal était à votre disposition pour répondre à vos demandes: elle serait venue re-nettoyer ce qui ne l'était pas suffisamment à votre goût. Pour les locations suivantes pouvez vous nous préciser ce que veut dire ménage plus que superficiel? Chantal ne demande qu'à améliorer ses prestations et à satisfaire les locataires. Je précise aussi que c'est Chantal qui nettoyait la maison l'an dernier et que nous n'avions eu aucune remarque négative sur ce point, donc elle fera le nécessaire pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. La maison sympa MAIS pas de wifi ( ok c'est indiqué) ni de tv...pas de journal .... çà surprend..le réseau 5G est au top heureusement.... LE GROS souci : les moustiques ...on était présent d'une heure à peine que tout le monde avait au moins 5 piqures de moustique....insupportable ..pour moi... obligé de mettre du produit tout le temps et si on oublie un morceau du bras..on le paye cache...pour moi vacances en partie gâchée... je ne retournerai pas....çà n'est pas contre la maison qui correspond au description... mais c'est pas cool...

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem schönem Haus verbracht. Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos und unkompliziert geklappt. Im Haus ist alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die technischen Geräte im Haus (Fernseher, Stereo-Anlage) sind zwar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber funktionieren. Aber wir fahren ja auch nicht nach Korsika, um dann deutsches Fernsehen vor der Glotze zu konsumieren :-)... Ganz besonders hat uns der große Pool gefallen und der Billardtisch, den wir gerne und oft genutzt haben. Einmal pro Woche kommt ein Gärtner, der sich um den Pool und den Garten kümmert, aber das so diskret und leise (frühmorgens), daß es kaum auffällt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, kleiner Supermarkt in Fußnähe, alles andere mit dem Auto auch gut erreichbar in der näheren Umgebung. Nathalie und Pascal, die Eigentümer, waren immer erreichbar (per mail) und sind sehr nett! Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen!

Belle maison mais qui manque d’entretien

Grande maison plutôt bien située (pas loin de plusieurs plages, l’accès à la rivière, possibilité d’atteindre plusieurs grandes villes en un temps raisonnable), belle piscine et le billard. Cependant, quelques bémols : le ménage à notre arrivée n’était pas bien fait (il y avait des toiles d’araignées à tous les coins de plafond), trop d’éléments de cuisine sans vraiment trouver l’utile (presque pas d’épices, d’essuie-tout, etc), la gazinière est à nettoyer car les brûleurs ne fonctionnent pas ou pas bien, le lave-vaisselle ne nettoie pas bien (il y a des fourmis dedans), les sanitaires sont à revoir (odeur nauséabonde dans les toilettes tout le temps, douche qui se bouche, pratiquement pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée, la literie est très inconfortable et le terrain manque un peu d’entretien. Nous aurions également aimer pouvoir passer un coup d’aspirateur ou autre durant notre séjour mais il n’y avait pas de quoi faire un peu de ménage. En résumé, séjour ok mais manque de confort.

Sehr schönes Haus mit TOP Pool

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist wie beschrieben und die Fotos sind aktuell. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind fantastisch. Es gibt viele Gartenmöbel und man kann sich am Haus sehr gut entspannen. Vor Ort ist Fathi als Ansprechpartnerin erreichbar, mit der wir auch den check-in und -out gemacht haben (zumindest rudimentäre Französischkenntnisse helfen). Ein Gärtner kam zwei mal die Woche um den Pool zu reinigen. Das Haus und vor allem die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Einen halben Stern abzug gibt es, weil einige Gegenstände erneuert werden müßten (bspw. Wäscheständer, Duschkopf, Klobürsten, Fernseher). Einen weiteren halben Stern abzug gibt es, weil die Vermieter nicht erreichbar waren. Zwar konnten wir alles mit Fathi klären, aber wenn es ein größeres Problem gibt, sollte die Vermieter erreichbar sein.

Super séjour!

La maison correspond à la description. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour une famille, la maison est spacieuse avec une terrasse très agréable. La piscine est exceptionnelle : adaptée aux enfants avec une partie moins profonde et très grande, elle a fait le bonheur de toute la famille !! Fatia nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et a été très arrangeante pour le départ. La situation de la maison est super: plage de sable à 10–15 min de voiture, cuvettes naturelles du Travo idem. Le seul point qui pourrait peut-être être améliorer est la literie pour les parents avec un lit plus large ..! Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire!

Une maison pleine de charme

Les propriétaires ainsi que Fatti sont très disponibles et sont des personnes serviables et très gentilles. La maison comporte tout le nécessaire (vaisselle, linge...) pour 4 personnes. La piscine est superbe et l'accès privé à la rivière depuis la propriété est un gros plus. En été, vous pourrez profiter des oranges et des citrons qui poussent sur les arbres du jardin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La mer se situe à 5minutes en voiture mais il faudra faire un peu plus de route pour profiter des plus belles plages de la Corse. Beaucoup de supermarchés et de restaurants sont à proximité de la villa. Merci beaucoup !

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit erfrischendem Pool und fantastischem Fluss

Ein schönes altes Haus, sehr gut gelegen um viele Unternehmungen zu starten. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend, ebenso wie der wunderschöne Fluss. Das Waschen im Fluss mit der Bioseife hat uns sehr zugesagt. Das Mobiliar lässt aufgrund seines Alters etwas zu Wünschen übrig und der Kühlschrank macht abenteuerliche Geräusche. 2 Handtücher pro Person für 2 Wochen fanden wir persönlich zu wenig, aber es gab ja eine Waschmaschine. Interessant waren auch die Wildschweine, die wir zwar nie gesehen haben, aber der Garten sah jeden Morgen anders aus. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, und würden wieder kommen.

Grande maison très agréable et dans un environnement calme , la piscine est un plus non négligeable. Accès à la rivière un peu difficile depuis la propriété, mieux vaut choisir un autre accès.
