Canopy Walk, one of our area’s finest communities, is nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and enveloped by a canopy of mature trees. Centrally located to shopping, European Village, and just across the bridge from the beaches. Take advantage of the gorgeous walking trail along the Intracoastal located just across the way from this newly remodeled property. The remodeled designer kitchen complete with granite counters, classy cabinetry, and high end black stainless appliances sets this property above others. This property offers a warm feeling the moment you enter. It truly feels like a home away from home!

The 1st and 2nd bedrooms both offer plush king beds, perfect for couples. The 3rd bedroom invites with two twins for extended family and friends. All the bedrooms have brand new carpet!

Canopy Walk's amenities include Gradual Slope Pool with kids splash zone area, spa, BBQ grills & outdoor sitting area.

Canopy Walk is a charming secluded gated condominium located along the Intracoastal Waterway. It has all the amenities of a resort - including a clubhouse with sitting area, fitness center, zero-entry pool, spa, and porch with relaxing rocking chairs. There is also a grilling area, basketball, beach volleyball, and a screened marina pavilion on the ICW with dockside benches.

The grounds include 53 acres of magnificent old-growth cypress and oak trees draped with Spanish moss. There are lighted walking paths and manicured landscaping, a tree house, gazebo, and several lakes with lighted fountains. These paths are perfect for a morning walk or bike ride. They connect to the extensive walkway system of Palm Coast, which runs through an adjacent 30-acre nature preserve along the banks of the ICW, over the St. Joe Canal and ending a mile south of Canopy Walk at a waterfront park with swings, a pavilion and fishing pier. Keep your eyes open for herons, turtles, dolphins, and manatees! The walkway also runs north along the ICW a half-mile to European Village, a charming piazza with restaurants, shops, and a center courtyard with a gazebo where there is often live music playing.

Canopy Walk

Great space for a family of five. Kitchen was very well equipped and properly is lovely with lots of walking trails. Property Management helped us with a pool issue as well. Only negative is neighbor downstairs claimed our kids were stomping and too loud after being in the unit only 12 hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nice, neat, we kept finding hair everywhere . However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a child/ren. We weren’t able to fully relax due to the old woman with two dogs that lives on the 1st floor. She complains about any small amount of noise. The people above us were stomping and making noises but it wasn’t bad, it just let us know that someone was living above us on the 3rd floor. My 6 year old was ready to go home after the 3rd day and so was I.

Bad neighbors

This particular condo is not on the waterway as led to believe, the water in the pics is a pond. The waterway is a couple streets away. The upstairs neighbor is very noisy and has big dogs that bark every morning at 7am. My husband and I went for a walk and got a call from my son that the downstairs neighbor had just knocked on the door and cussed them out for being loud the day before and we weren't even at the condo the day before, hadn't even checked in yet.It was very inappropriate. I think the area is very nice and peaceful. The condo was very nice and clean, but wouldn't stay again due to the neighbors. Would stay in a different condo in the same complex though.
