About this property

My house was designed and featured on HGTV's hit show, "Listed Sisters!" We took this from a quaint ranch to an all out bachelor (or bachelorette) pad! The wide open living and dining area, top notch appliances, huge couch, string-lit deck, and massive master bedroom are only a few of the incredible features of this house.
Location is a big deal here in Nashville. You'll enjoy having your own big lot, and not being squashed up against 4 other row homes, so parking is ample and the backyard is fenced in and big! You are 10-12 minutes from downtown. The airport is even closer, around 7 minutes.

Our Nash Bash

jordan does a wonderful job of taking care of his property. This location is very convenient to broadway! I felt very safe where we were and the aesthetic of the house was PERFECT! It smelled sooo clean and was beautiful. I will be returning one day!

If you're visiting Nashville, you're in luck. I've watched this place transform empty, gloomy gravel lots into luxurious Omni hotels. I try every week to go to a new restaurant, bar, or scene, and just can't keep up. Whether you're a hipster, artist, frat guy, or somewhere in between, this city undoubtedly has something for you.

Why they chose this property

You can really stretch your legs here. Don't worry about street parking, connected walls, or anything like that. One level living means you and your guests can socialize and really have the vacation time together that you've been looking for. Also, the deck is all yours, and it is HUGE.
