Bedrooms: 2 king suites, 3 queen suites, and 1 bunk room with 4 custom twin-over-queen bunks + 2 air mattresses
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has a private en-suite bath
Entertainment: Private theater room with surround sound & kitchenette, arcade, and fire pit
Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, dining for 12 (expandable to 18), and additional seating at the island and patio
Outdoor Living: Private swim spa, large hot tub, BBQ grill, and spacious patio seating
