We rented the entire property for our annual family fishing trip and everyone agreed that we couldn’t have found a better place. The host was very friendly and quickly answered all our questions. Each condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were super clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were also sparkling clean and refreshing. The pool table and all the pool and beach toys were a big plus! We had a wonderful time and are already planning our return trip for next year’s fishing tournament!

This was our second visit and will are booking a 3rd visit for next year. Our group of 24 adults love the private pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. It is a very short walk to the beach. The condo kitchens are well stocked with utensils and counter top appliances. We played pool on the outdoor pool table which is in surprisingly good condition and cornhole on the grass near the pool. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas meant we did not have to bring beach gear with us. This is a very nice option for a group over 20 people who want to hang out together but also want some quiet time on private balconies.

So close to the beach

We had a large family reunion and rented the entire complex. So much fun and we really enjoyed our stay. The condos were perfect and do was the outdoor space!

Great space for large family gatherings! The pool and patio are such a nice space! Wish the hot tub would have been working but still managed to have fun in it. This is our spot for our family vacation in SPI!!

We are aware that you experienced a temperature issue with our hot tub on the Thursday afternoon/evening of your arrival, but it was our understanding that our pool maintenance crew came out first thing on Friday morning and resolved that issue. And since we did not receive any further complaints from you over the weekend, we assumed that the hot tub was functioning properly. That being said, we will be sure to follow up with our pool crew and make sure that we don't have an issue that we are unaware of. Looking forward to having you back next year!
