We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! We appreciated the opportunity to host you and your family again this year and we hope to be able to continue the tradition. We are aware that you experienced a temperature issue with our hot tub on the Thursday afternoon/evening of your arrival, but it was our understanding that our pool maintenance crew came out first thing on Friday morning and resolved that issue. And since we did not receive any further complaints from you over the weekend, we assumed that the hot tub was functioning properly. That being said, we will be sure to follow up with our pool crew and make sure that we don't have an issue that we are unaware of. Looking forward to having you back next year!
