The area is also very beautiful between November and March, but the temperatures are cooler, contact us if you want a rental during these periods. (other rates, and heating costs). Butane gas heating available.

Our duplex apartment 4 - 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms) will welcome you comfortably for your stay beach and / or discovery in this beautiful region of Catalonia.

This private property is one of 15 apartments in a very Spanish style building. Access is via a staircase from the private parking at the back of the building.
The apartment is located close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area (Platja Cap Roig) which, during the summer months, is cleaned daily, monitored by the Red Cross and equipped (bar, rental chairs and pedalo ).

We reach the beach either by a path with stairs (200m from the apartment) or by the second entrance, with disabled access and baby stroller (300 m from the apartment)
A little further, the Ebro Delta with its wide beaches and bird sanctuary can be discovered on foot, by bike or by car.

If you like the mountains, you can start the day with a sports walk in the Els Ports massif (2 GR pass), go down the Via Verde by bike, and finish with a swim in the sea ...

Children and young people will love a day in Port Aventura and the brand new Ferrari Land (accessible by train from L'Ampolla!)If you miss the city, Barcelona, Tarragona and Valencia, Tortosa are not far away, accessible by train or car.
If the urbanization Cap Roig does not have a grocery store (L'Ampolla and its shops are nearby), you can have lunch and dinner there (Pizzeria Vanessa, well known in the region, the gourmet restaurant Perales, and the Bar Pepe Chiringuito at the top of the beach).

We discovered this region in 2009, and every year we discover new corners, new walks. We leave at your disposal in the apartment our hiking guides and good plans to visit.

No lo recomiendo

Lo peor fue el calor que pasamos, no hay aire acondicionado y los ventiladores son muy viejos, no mueven el aire y la mitad no funcionaban. Además solo había mosquiteras en la parte de abajo y rotas (la del comedor no se podia bajar), por lo que no se podían abrir las ventanas. Fue imposible dormir, sobre todo en la habitación pequeña de arriba que parecía un horno.La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, todas las supercies de la cocina y la cubertería estaban pegajosas, colillas en la terraza y caca de pajaro en la entrada.Hicimos participe de esto al propietario y nos devolvió el importe de la limpieza.A los vecinos se les escuchaba como si estuvieran en el apartamento, sobre todo cuando subían y bajaban escaleras.Lo único positivo fue la localización.Espero que esta reseña sirva para que a nadie le paselo mismo que ha nosotros y que el propietario invierta en mejoras, que menos que unos ventiladores que funcionen.

Leistbare Unterkunft in perfekter Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und war für uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) ideal und ausreichend. Gute Raumaufteilung, sodass man sich auch mal ein wenig aus dem Weg gehen kann. Der schriftliche Kontakt war sehr angenehm und der Empfang sehr herzlich und geduldig, wobei die zeitliche Abstimmung etwas schwierig war weil wir nicht alles so gut timen konnten wie geplant. Hier wäre ein automatisches Schloss mit Zahlencode o.ä. praktischer gewesen, damit man niemand warten lassen muss bzw. sich die Zeit einteilen kann wie man es braucht. Das Schloss und die Türen waren etwas schwergängig und kompliziert. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war für mich auch die Sauberkeit, da habe ich mir bei der Höhe der Reinigungspauschale mehr erwartet. Aber gut, es wäre für mich kein Ausschlussgrund, ich bin trotzdem froh, eine so praktische, leistbare Unterkunft so nahe am Meer gefunden zu haben. Man muss eben wissen worauf man sich einstellt, und was man selber mitbringen sollte: Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Müllsäcke, Salz, Zucker, Essig, Öl. Handtücker und Bettwäsche sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft: Ein gut zugänglicher (feiner!) Sandstrand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt eine Rampe bis ganz nach vorne. Leider keine Dusche und auch die Fußdusche hat nur einen Tag funktioniert. Aber es ist unter der Woche nicht überlaufen und es gibt sehr viele schöne kleine Buchten in der Umgebung. Man braucht jedenfalls ein Auto.Es war ein toller Urlaub! Danke :)

La mujer que nos recibió fue majísima y nos trató muy bien.La casa está muy bien situada. Tres bon séjour

Appartement bien équipé , fonctionnel, très bien situé pour profiter de la mer, dans un quartier résidentiel vraiment calme. L'accès au sentier du littoral ou à la plage se fait en qqs minutes. Le centre ville d'Ampolla est à 3 min en voiture. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Accueil par Monica très agréable, elle a été arrangeante, disponible et très réactive ! L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé, très bien placé. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture au pied de la résidence et aller à la plage à pied même avec des enfants, en quelques minutes. Plein de belles choses également à voir dans la région. Séjour fort agréable

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme à proximité de la mer et donc du sentier littoral. Accès au village de L'ampolla en 15/20 min à pied par ce sentier mais aussi pour accéder à des criques tout le long de la cote. Appartement fonctionnel / spacieux et bien équipé y compris pour la cuisine. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir à l'automne.
