This 820 Square foot mobile home has everything needed for business professionals in town for work or a small family with young children passing through. Fernley is a smaller town. Most people work further away. During the day the mobile home park streets will be empty. Afternoon people will be home and cars will line the street. Kids will be walking to the playground or playing basketball. Nights are quiet, but you may hear a train off in the distance once in a while.

Why they chose this property
I fixed this home up for me and my son. It was perfect for the two of us. Quiet, safe, and close to a nice playground. I let him pick the paint and he ended up naming it the greenhouse.
