Within the framework of NATURE and MOUNTAIN, on the TRES-LE-MONT plateau (1300m ALT), RENT APPART of 70m2 on the 1st floor in chalet d'Alpage.

Located in the heart of Haute Savoie between MONT-BLANC and LAC LEMAN in the Vallée verte, this rental is ideal for hikers.

This accommodation offers every comfort (equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc.) nevertheless requires special care in the use of water;
because it is rainwater that is recovered, stored and filtered safely.

AT THE CHALET "LA MONTAGN'AIR" It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and fill up with oxygen !!!

Info: Rentals are possible each year from 01 MAY to 31 OCTOBER - Closed in winter because of snow !!! .

Nous avons été accueilli par Claudia et Hervé, sans oublier Linette un petit Jack Russel très attachant qui s'est parfaitement entendu avec notre "Sarko" Berger Altdeuscher de 4 ans.Claudia et Hervé nous ont reçu d'une manière incroyable, ce sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité inégalée jusqu'ici !Le lieu est magique, un petit coin de paradis pour ceux qui aiment la nature et l'authenticité.Un point de départ de nombreux parcours de randonnées, un super spot de vols libres (parapente, planeur...), des vues sur le Lac Léman et le Mont-blanc à vous couper le souffle !Nous y reviendrons !Marie-Noëlle / Xavier / Sarko

Super logement, super hôte

Claudia nous à accueilli dans son magnifique logement en pleine montagne. Le chalet est très propre, très confortable et très chaleureux. L'hôte est extrêmement sympathique et soucieuse du bien étre de ses locataires. Le lieu est magnifique, des belles randonnées, de beaux points de vues accessibles a tous (ou presque). Je recommande vivement !!!!

super endroit mais dommage beaucoup de pluie ! le propriétaire n'y est pour rien ! A recommander pour des ballades en montagne et une halte au Petit Savoyard restaurant juste à côté et très réconfortant !!

Erholsame Urlaubstage im Chalet Montaign'air

Das Chalet Montaign'air in Tres le Mont liegt auf einem Hochplateau, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf den Genfer See und den Mont Blanc. Das Chalet ist sehr neu, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Wir haben die frische Bergluft und die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen. Der Ort besteht aus ca. 10 Chalets, die als Wochenend- oder Ferienhäuser genutzt werden, einem Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und einer Kuhherde. Der Blick auf den Genfer See und den Mont Blanc vom Hochplateau aus waren fantastisch. Der Verzicht auf W-Lan war eine bewusste Entscheidung und war gut für gemeinsame Unternehmungen mit der Familie. Die Wasserversorgung über Regenwassertanks war ungewöhnlich, das Leitungswasser war deswegen kein Trinkwasser. Dies haben wir uns täglich am nächstgelegenen Brunnen geholt. Der bewusste und sparsame Umgang mit dem Wasser war eine gute Erfahrung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wohnen am Wochenende in der Parterrewohnung des Chalets. `Ein fantastischer Ort um auszuspannen, wandern oder schwimmen zu gehen oder Paragliding zu machen.

Parfait pour se ressourcer

Excellent séjour au chalet la Montagn'air posé dans un écrin de verdure. Paysages superbes où que l'on se tienne. Déconnexion immédiate garantie. Les prestations du chalet sont excellentes et la décoration soignée. Le chalet est très propre. Claudia est charmante et disponible. Bref, nous sommes repartis ravis de notre séjour et avons eu la plus grande peine du monde à faire remonter notre chien dans la voiture (Claudia et sa famille devraient s'en souvenir...).

Une rencontre magnifique de Jennifer , Anthony et aussi de Trazka leur superbe bouvier bernois. Une chienne inoubliable pour ses espiègleries ;-) Des vacanciers très sympathiques et surtout soigneux des lieux que je recommande à tous les hôtes .

deux semaines au paradis!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans les alpages à la Montagn'air L'accueil est formidable, Claudia et Hervé sont très sympathiques Le gite est très beau, la décoration soignée, il est très confortable Le lieu est formidable, tranquille et vivant à la fois car fréquenté par les randonneurs, il y a un bon restaurant à côté (je vous le conseille) et des vaches dans les alpages C'est fantastique de se lever et s'endormir dans cet environnement Nous y reviendrons dès que possible Merci beaucoup!!

quel bonheur que d avoir reçu Hélène et plhilippe dans notre chalet d’alpage . Des vacanciers tellement sympathiques , agréables et soigneux avec leur petite chienne ficelle terriblement attachante et bien éduquée . Nous ne pouvons que recommander ces vacanciers à de futurs hôtes .
