Villa spacieuse et bien équipée-Belle piscine et grand jardin-Bonne connexion internet en wifi MAIS PAS D'EAU LE MATIN PENDANT TOUT LE SEJOUR-Ni le propriétaire ni son personnel, qui connaissaient tous le problème, ne m'ont informé ce ce problème qui aurait pu être résolu avec l'installation d'une réserve d'eau et d'un surpresseur avant mise en location..Maigre compensation négociée : facture d'electricité offerte ( environ 60 euros pour un montant de location a plus de 1300 euros pour 11 nuits).. Par ailleurs ménage très approximatif à notre arrivée et nous avons donc choisi de nous passer de la femme de ménage proposée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour a Nianing. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée. 3 grandes chambres confortables avec salle de bain. Un jardin magnifique avec une très belle piscine pour passer d'agréables vacances. Maison située dans une résidence gardée à la sortie de Nianing. Seul petit bémol, la plage a proximité n'est pas très propre, mais la bonne situation de la maison permet de rayonner de se balader dans les alentours assez facilement. Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire qui répond a nos questions.
