Erster Eindruck: Im ganzen Haus riecht es unangenehm muffig "nach Chemikalien", vielleicht nach Mottenkugeln. Zweiter Eindruck: die Türklinke am zentralen Raum ist defekt. Dritter Eindruck: Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sind rar. Die Lage und die Stadt sind gut.
