Farm House by River with trailer/RV parking(Pet Friendly including horses)

Located just outside of Brighton, 25 minutes from DIA, 30 minutes to downtown, and 40 minutes to Boulder. Easy access to all major highways. Less than 5min to Brighton, which has a variety of dining and entertainment. Within 15min you are at TopGolf, Denver Premium Outlets, and The Summit (bowling/arcade/tavern) as well as several local golf courses.

This property has plenty of RV and trailer parking available. This is a two bedroom home with loft. Master (queen) has outside balcony with seating. Second bedroom has bunk bed (full/twin) perfect for kids but comfortable for adults. Loft has small sectional with a queen pullout. 32" flat screen with blue ray. Living room also has small sectional with queen pullout and 65" RoKu Smart TV. Dinning table is set for 8 but breakfast bar has 3 additional seats. (Air mattress available for additional sleeping arrangements if needed).
This beautiful farm house has wrap around porch with outdoor seating for 8 with additional seating by firepit.
Take a walk to the back of the property say "hi" to the cows, head to the far back of the property and enjoy the firepit by the river.

This house is so cute and comfortable. There were a few minor things that were not completely perfect, but I am still giving the experience 5 stars because the host was amazingly warm and welcoming. I would love to stay here again some time.

We rented this home for my daughter graduation party. The yard is very big and the home is very comfortable makes you feel like your at home. I highly recommend this property. We will for sure return for other events or just for a nice get away.

Great place for events !!

I love throwing family events at this place it’s perfect size especially outside ! We have done 3 of them already here and each time everything was perfect ! The only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness of the place , there was spider webs behind doors and window inside the place and the bathroom door had stuff splattered on it and wasn’t wiped off but other then that place was great

everything was ok but the charger for cleaning and went I got to the house was not that clean. And the water stinks so bad that the house smells like eggs and the outside looks like somebody vomit and the not cleaning

Nice property, easy access. Close to places we needed to go. Management people very accommodating. Storm had shorted out some electrical, fixed next day. Found that it had also taken out fridge - they brought out a temp fridge on Christmas eve - and put a new one in next business day. Who does this? I am very impressed with their dedication and help. Thank you for saving our holiday with our family!!!

This Todd Creek Farmhouse was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. The kids had fun in the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings

Great property for an event!

This property is beyond amazing. We rented the house and property to host a 15th birthday (quince). We had plenty of space for over 200 guests. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. The house had lots of room for my family of 5. We stood in the house for 4 days. I highly recommend this property for a stay and/or event. Our family will definitely be returning.

Quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the quiet and privacy it offered. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us. We didn’t realize there wasn’t any air upstairs, being from GA it was a shock but we made it work with no issues. We even got to play cowboy a couple of times with curious baby calves. Thanks for an amazing experience.
