About this property

Spacious, renovated apartment with superb view of Mont Blanc

Magnificent contemporary apartment, renovated, furnished with 3 bedrooms, 8 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix.
Bright and airy, the apartment has a South and West orientation and enjoys a view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille Verte.
It is located on a beautiful promenade along the Arve and offers you the advantage of being close to the center in an idyllic setting, away from noise and crowds. Ideal with or without a car. Ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.

We have just renovated the entire first level and look forward to your feedback.

On the first level are the kitchen, the dining room and a spacious living room.
The kitchen is equipped for 8 to 10 people. The dining table can seat 8 people comfortably and 10 by hugging.
The living room is bright with a view of the Mont Blanc massif. It includes a TV connected to the internet for access to Netflix or VOD. One of the sofas is convertible into a high quality bed for an extra bed.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The largest includes a 180 cm wide double bed with Tempur mattress, a single bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and access to a bathroom. The third bedroom can accommodate 3 or 4 single beds and has access to the same bathroom. This bathroom has a sink, tub / shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have storage space.

Parking space on the property. Bus stop next to the house (100m).

The first shops are 10 minutes away on foot, so a Casino, Super U and a bakery.
All ski areas are quickly accessible by bus.

Please note during high season (winter holidays) we only rent for 1 full week minimum. Likewise for part of August. The other times of the year we are open to shorter stays.

Incredible Stay, Million Dollar View

I can’t say enough good things about stay here. We were 4 adults and 3 kids in Chamonix for one week. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed and there was more than enough space for all of us. On arrival we were welcomed in person and oriented to the apartment and area by the lovely Mo. We found everything as advertised on the website, maybe even better. It is quite something to enjoy your morning coffee with the incredible Mt Blanc right out the window! The apartment is perfectly situated, close enough to walk to and from Chamonix or La Praz in a few minutes but far enough away to provide a little respite from the bustle of the town. I only wish we were coming back again soon!

More accurate information would be nice

A more accurate description of the interior of the property would be helpful, especially noting that the stairway to the bedrooms and bathrooms is very steep and the stair treads are very narrow, which makes access to the second floor challenging and somewhat hazardous especially for senior citizens. Also, the property description does not mention that the entire apartment must be accessed by a stairway, meaning that the first level living area is actually on the second floor of the building and the bedrooms and bathrooms are actually on the third floor. The views of Mont Blanc from the living area are very nice. The location is very quiet and the walkway along the small river is pleasant. The highlight of our trip was the cable car to l'Aguille du Midi and the gondola ride from there to the distant mountain peak in Italy. Amazing views of jagged high peaks and huge glaciers.

Un séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé la semaine du nouvel an à Chamonix avec mon mari, nos 2 enfants (2,5 ans et 8 mois) et une babysitter. Tout s'est déroulé à merveille, l'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, avec une vue sublime sur le Mont Blanc. Idéalement situé, à 5 minutes en voiture du domaine du Brévent, il donne sur la rivière et l'on accède au chemin qui mène jusqu'au centre ville en sortant de l'appartement. Celui-ci possède une place de parking extérieure et un code qui facilite l'accès à l'appartement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et serions ravi de louer à nouveau ce bel appartement !

Fijn ruim appartement op 10 minuten lopen van Chamonix

Heerlijk ruime keuken en woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht door de vele ramen. Alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Heel schoon. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn minder gemoderniseerd dan woonkamer en keuken, maar voldoen prima. Heerlijk om het geluid van de rivier te horen. Besef wel dat de douche (en toilet) in de grootste slaapkamer echt in de slaapkamer is - deze is niet af te sluiten. Voor ons gezelschap was dit prima. Ontvangst was hartelijk.

Week-end prolongé en famille

Appartement très confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur place et avons profité de toutes les activities à pied (15min du centre de Chamonix et des Praz avec les enfants) ou en transport public (arrêt du bus tout proche et train au centre des Praz). Excellent accueil par Mo lors de notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés et de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux de société. Tout était parfait, merci.

Cracking apartment in a superb location

We had a great week in Chamonix and this place was just what we needed. - 10 mins walk from town, quiet spot but close to the action - spacious inside, especially dining / living room area - spotless and all the facilities you’d need - great host and local help, even gave us a lift to and from the station We’ll be back. Situation idéale au bord de l'Arve et le long de la promenade des Econtres. Appartement en excellent état et très bien équipé. Lits très confortables. Nombreux jouets, livres, jeu de sociétés pour petits et grands. Pelouse autour de la maison permettant des bains de soleil. Quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage était bloqué sur "hors gel" , mais après un coup de fil à la gérante, il a été mis en route à distance par le propriétaire.

Appartement très bien placé et très agréable

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l'appartement d'Édouard et Laure. L'appartement est très proche du centre de Chamonix tout en étant très calme et plutôt au frais compte tenu du torrent tout près. Il est très sympa et fonctionnel et tout est disponible sur place pour les jeunes enfants (chaise haute, lit, barrière, ...).

Notre séjour à Chamonix

Appartement grand, propre et super bien équipé! Situé à 8 min du Spa et 15 minute du centre ville de Chsmonix à pieds! Des télésièges à proximité et accessible en voiture pour profiter des pistes de skis, luges et randonnées! Je recommande cette appartement. Nous avions été super bien accueille et la communication avec les propriétaires et la personne qui n ou us a remis les clés était impeccable! Merci encore pour ce super séjour!
