About this property

Spacious, renovated apartment with superb view of Mont Blanc

Magnificent contemporary apartment, renovated, furnished with 3 bedrooms, 8 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix.
Bright and airy, the apartment has a South and West orientation and enjoys a view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille Verte.
It is located on a beautiful promenade along the Arve and offers you the advantage of being close to the center in an idyllic setting, away from noise and crowds. Ideal with or without a car. Ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.

We have just renovated the entire first level and look forward to your feedback.

On the first level are the kitchen, the dining room and a spacious living room.
The kitchen is equipped for 8 to 10 people. The dining table can seat 8 people comfortably and 10 by hugging.
The living room is bright with a view of the Mont Blanc massif. It includes a TV connected to the internet for access to Netflix or VOD. One of the sofas is convertible into a high quality bed for an extra bed.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The largest includes a 180 cm wide double bed with Tempur mattress, a single bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and access to a bathroom. The third bedroom can accommodate 3 or 4 single beds and has access to the same bathroom. This bathroom has a sink, tub / shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have storage space.

Parking space on the property. Bus stop next to the house (100m).

The first shops are 10 minutes away on foot, so a Casino, Super U and a bakery.
All ski areas are quickly accessible by bus.

Please note during high season (winter holidays) we only rent for 1 full week minimum. Likewise for part of August. The other times of the year we are open to shorter stays.
